24.01.2022 How are you feeling about being in lockdown for the second time? Mixed feeling amongst the Fusion ensemble members.

22.01.2022 No surprise that some of our fusion actors are also keen visual artists. Snap taken on Friday night at the opening night of Alex Litsoudis’s exhibition ‘Joyful Moments’ at Heritage Hill, Dandenong. Well done Alex!

22.01.2022 We hope that all our Fusion actors, family and friends are managing in this period of isolation, and finding ways to keep creative. We are uncertain about when we will be able to resume our face-to-face workshops, but we are thinking of ways to keep our community connected and actively creative- because at Fusion we know we all need more art and creativity in our lives. https://www.abc.net.au//why-we-all-need-more-art-/10512040

14.01.2022 The Morning Ensemble wrapped up for 2019 mid-December. We said thank you to Adrianne Heaysman for 11 years of support work for the ensemble. Adrianne Heaysman will be moving to a different program in 2020. A big thanks to Cale MacLaren for his fantastic direction, energy and artist vision over the year and to our wonderful support artist Liliana Dalton, who models excellent artistic practice and raises the bar for quality performance work. Thanks to all our support staff and volunteers. And of course the actors, who received individual awards acknowledging their unique contributions to the ensemble. What a team!

10.01.2022 Thank you to everyone who made our year at Fusion a wonderful one! Here is the Evening ensemble at our recent AGM and party. Thanks to all who put on the delicious spread and helped out behind the scenes. A special thank you to magnificent director Magda Miranda for her inspiring work with the ensemble throughout the year, and even organising some performances for the AGM. Our talented Evening ensemble members have worked hard and deserve a great break. Fusion will be back at the start of February for another great year. Wishing all our Fusion friends happy times over summer and for the new year. See you all then!

08.01.2022 Being in iso is so so, but so so good to still see fusion ensemble friends. It looks like we'll keep working this way for a while yet.

08.01.2022 Fusion Theatre is a Theatre Network Australia Champion Company, highlighting the importance of Independent Artists. Artists of all kinds, such as those working with Fusion's ensembles over the years, have been particularly affected by the current pandemic, with a loss of opportunity and income. This comes at a time when the arts are seen as increasingly important for connecting people, processing events and communicating hope. All of us at Fusion really understand the importance of the arts. Support this initiative if you can. #1000x1000 #crisiscashforartists https://australianculturalfund.org.au/projects/1000-x-1000/

03.01.2022 It’s 2020 and may it be a wonderful year for Fusion artists and friends as Fusion enters its 24th year! An annual clean-up revealed this photo of Alex Litsoudis with Andreas Litras from a 2004 calendar. Taken 16 years ago, it shows how time flies! We are older, wiser and even more creative, please enjoy another amazing year following Fusion!

03.01.2022 You may be happy to know that despite social distancing our wonderful Fusion evening ensemble is continuing to work. We have invited them to go on an exploration with us. They received a package in the post - instructions, art supplies, and provocations to inspire them on a route of creativity.... Their individual discoveries will become the gemstones from which we will make our next show. Stay tuned...

02.01.2022 Fusion’s morning ensemble is back to work in 2020 with Cale MacLaren. Here they are working on some status exercises using a pack of cards. Some impressive work by the actors!

02.01.2022 ZOOOOM What a blast! Fusion's evening ensemble met via Zoom for the first time this evening. This is another way of connecting to continue working on a new theatre-making project. Everyone was so happy to see each other's faces, and hear some other voices on speaker phone. Not all are able to join via Zoom yet, but we are working on it. We talked our heads (and crazy hats) off tonight!

02.01.2022 It's so so good to work with this bunch of creative people! 2020 didn't stop us hey? We kept creating art #together despite being #apart See you next year!
