16.01.2022 We are on again this week ladies!! 2 weeks to go of our challenge and you ladies are smashing it with everyone so far losing between 8cm & 14cm in 3 weeks Good nutrition, awesome effort at classes & PTs & great attitude / mindset... the changes speak for themselves & I'm do super proud of you all!! ... 12.01.2022 Given the continued rain over the weekend I'm going to make a call now & say NO classes tomorrow (Monday). Yes, the training areas are under cover, but they are damp/ wet and therefore unsafe and the parking areas are now so wet, we will just cut up the areas or get bogged... AND there are a number of roads either cut or close too. With everyone needing to travel to / from classes, I'm not keen foe people to do excess travel in this weather and I would rather everyone st...ay safe. So Monday classes are CANCELLED and I will keep you posted on classes for the rest of the week. Stay safe... Xx See more

I'm super excited with how everyone went in the challenge... now let's keep that motivation and momentum going for these last few weeks until Christmas Classes this week:... 04.01.2022 Every session I get to watch these ladies work hard, put in effort and push their bodies... I'm so impressed with their attitude but also so very excited for them as I watch their bodies change shape/ composition, drop fat and gain muscle... we are now half way through our last challenge for the year and I can't wait to see the end results!
