23.01.2022 We were asked to enclose below a featureless chamfer removal house and turn it into something "nice". We only had the space below the existing roof overhang to work in because of site restrictions. This is the result.

19.01.2022 At concept stage Fusion not only provide you with 2D images of your design, we also use another program to (render) your building model. This is a good example of how close the renders and the actual finished building can be.

11.01.2022 A cute little cottage in Eastern Toowoomba in need of a bit of TLC. We have demolished the poorly constructed built in front verandah & rear skillion section of building. We have then added a new kitchen living & master bedroom with ensuite & WIR, leaving the original old building untouched!!
10.01.2022 These units were finished in late 2017. With a 6 meter fall from the back to the front of the site, this was not an easy project to get off the ground. The end result looks fantastic!

06.01.2022 We have given this 80's brick veneer home a 'major face lift' and helped the clients with site planning. This Highfields family will now be able to enjoy modern living spaces & hours of outdoor fun for their growing family.
06.01.2022 This is a simple renovation, staying within the original footprint of a lower storey granny flat/guests retreat. Before renovations could start we had to look at years of neglect of the 40-year-old home. down pipes had to actually be run underground and out to the street 450mm of soil had to be removed from the granny flat side to take the ground level back to where it was 40 years ago. This soil build up not only left the home open to termite invasion & movement of the f...oundations, but the constant stormwater beside the brick filtered through inside and left a dirty wet mouldy smell inside. These simple steps have made this very old dated room look like new: Pull ceiling out and add acoustic batts then replace ceiling. Add a dummy stud wall to hide the services behind the new kitchen Give the old tired double brick walls a lick of paint New blinds, curtains & security screens New carpet on the bedroom end & vinyl on the family kitchen end New smoke alarm and led lights 10 days & $10,000 later this is the result.
