10.01.2022 Mega Barre Dancing Queen @elorah.cooper found her stage and took everyone for some killer Barre classes this weekend! We are introducing 2 new Barre classes, Barre Flow for those new to barre, prefer a slower pace, or returning to exercise and Barre Fit a higher intensity class. Both sessions are on our Megaformers giving you all plenty of space & also the use of the Mega for core, upper body and mobility exercises throughout the class. These classes will be updated on the schedule and available to book into from noon tomorrow

We are thankful you joined us for our live zoom classes and we’re patient while we set up Fusion on Demand. We hope you enjoyed our challenges as much as we did putting them together for you - we’ll have details on our December challenge soon. Our alfresco studio space is here to stay and will be used for PT and our clinical Pilates sessions.
