17.01.2022 Isolation movements. We use these in all our programs regularly. While we think compound lifts (squat,deadlift,press,step lunge) are super awesome and are the main focus of our program, doing accessory work that includes isolation movements is extremely important to stay injury free and address any imbalances that may be limiting you within your training. Here some of our team are hitting some banded hamstring curls, targeting those hamstrings and making a strong posterior c...hain. Targeted Isolation movements should be a staple in any program. 14.01.2022 It can be hard to stay on track this time of year. Motivation is hard to come by, you need to rely on your discipline and action to stay on track. That doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t enjoy this time of year with family and friends. ... It means you need a plan and you need to follow through on it. 10.01.2022 Being able to do a "proper" push up is a goal we encounter quite a bit. It's a great measure of upper body strength. A lot of people will start off by doing them on their knees, in this video we go through why this probably won't get you to do it on your toes, and a way you can scale it back to get better progression for the movement!
