11.01.2022 DIEGO. As kids we watched it all. The scruffy hair do, the laces undone, the black puma kings, the short shorts, the thick #10 on the back of your shirt... We saw it all, we replicated it all. No stadium, no crowd - In the back yard, laces undone, #10 taped to the back of the shirt- we stopped the ball waited for the defender and TUCK we cut away, chest out, pointed toe - The greatest player to ever live. 09.01.2022 Saturday @ HQ with our FT1 squad. Body work with Alex and Nathan from Spinal & Sports Care. A consistent session based around improving athletic ability, preventing injuries and strengthening the individual. A huge focus on jumping, landing, balance, change of direction and over all body strength. 45 mins of athletic work followed by 45 mins of technical work makes for a great Saturday session at Futboltec HQ, Wetherill Park.
