20.01.2022 Shoe Drive Our shoe drive has been extremely successful in helping reduce the cost for parents and for children to get Futsal specific shoes or upsize their current ones. We have had loads of new players this year and as such our stock of donated shoes is starting to run low. In order to continue this initiative we are looking for any Futsal shoes that your child has grown out of and would like to donate.... Alternatively, if you are in need of some Futsal shoes come and see the office and we can get your child fitted.

15.01.2022 COVID 19 UPDATE We hope everyone is enjoying the relaxed restrictions in the Ballarat area, meaning we have regained different aspects of our lives again. Unfortunately under the current restrictions, indoor sports facilities have to remain closed and will be allowed to reopen under the final step. ... With the numbers being driven right down, we are hopeful this means the next step is now closer than further away. Keep everyone!

13.01.2022 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT Effective immediately; all Futsal competitions and training programs are suspended. With this situation moving extremely quickly, FFA have this evening advised that all grass roots programs are suspended until 14 April, 2020.

13.01.2022 WE'RE ALMOST BACK With school returning today, we are now also back from holidays and confirming all our programs to commence next Monday 3 February. Players can register directly through the website at https://www.futsalballarat.com.au/registration/... Training programs will be available in the coming days as well.

12.01.2022 CORONA VIRUS UPDATE In line with Football Federation Australia’s coronavirus update yesterday; we want to confirm that all futsal programs will continue to be run as per usual albeit with extra preventative measures. You can view the full COVID-19 Guidelines for Football at https://www.ffa.com.au//FFA_COVID-19_Guidelines_for_Footba... We are continuing to monitor the situation and take advice from the Australian Government, Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Sport & Recreation Victoria (SRV) and the governing body of our sport; Football Federation Australia (FFA). We are also taking the extra preventative step of increasing times between games to allow for patrons to exit the venue and ensure minimal numbers at any one time. Due to this, please ensure you check the website as game times will be updated shortly to allow for this.

11.01.2022 GIRLS We now have 3 all girls teams in our Under 6 division! It’s so awesome to finally have the girls able to play each other and we are super excited to have so many girls coming into the sport! One of our main focuses for the past year has been pushing for more female participation in futsal and we are so excited to have an all girls team in almost each age group! Between our girl development training and the weekly teams we have over 70 girls playing futsal.... We look forward to the bright future ahead for all these superstars in futsal

07.01.2022 FUTSAL KIDS PROGRAM Our futsal kids program is back up and running for the year and its a great introductory program to get into futsal aimed at children from 6-12 years old. This program is based on skill discovery and acquisition in a fun environment. This session is conducted through two courts simultaneously allowing for us to cater for players ages and ability so they get the most development. During the last 15 minutes of each session, we split all children into team...s and play games of Futsal to start to develop their game sense as well as their skills. The program is ran from 5-6pm on Wednesday's and if your interested in coming along for a trial please message us!

04.01.2022 APPRECIATION POST After a big first week back, we wanted to thank everyone for the compliance all our families have shown to the regulations that the government has in place in order for us to facilitate the sport for the children. We understand the complexities some of these regulations have on families, and just want to thank each and every one of you!... Just a reminder that only one parent is currently permitted to supervise your child playing and no other siblings are permitted inside the premises. THANK YOU EVERYONE

02.01.2022 Check our futsal girls out Coming into this year one of our main focuses was getting more females of all ages playing futsal and while we haven’t been able to play for majority of this year it’s been amazing to have all our girls and plenty more new faces return to futsal! We are super excited for next year and to continue growing our female numbers across all our comps and training programs! ...
