Employers can receive up to $10,000 (depending on eligibility) in assistance for a full-time employee. Youth Bonus subsidy The Youth Bonus can support businesses employ young job seekers and benefit from the creative energy they bring to the workplace. Job seekers qualifying for the Youth Bonus wage subsidy must be registered with a jobactive or Transition to Work provider for at least 6 months. Employers can receive up to $10,000 (depending on eligibility) in assistance for a full-time employee.
