04.01.2022 Did you know that we host sports carnivals for Preschool aged classrooms at centres all around Australia? This is an extra service that we provide on top of all of our programs. Before the big day, the children get put into 2 teams and then they get to choose what colour their team will wear, what their teams name will be and get to make posters, streamers and Pom poms to help cheer their friends on throughout all of the events on the day. We are currently taking bookings for 2021 now! Spots are filling fast. If you are interested in booking in a sports carnival for your centre next year, pls send us a DM.

It’s really important to start your day in a positive way. This morning routine will look different for each and every family. Here’s a few tips to get your day started the right way - rehydrate! You have been asleep anywhere between 6-12hrs, over this time your body hasn’t had any water, you need water in the morning! Move your body! You have ...been laying down all night, it feels good to get your body moving. This will also get those good endorphins going for the day ahead. Stretch! Stretch your muscles! You have been inactive for a long time, over this time your muscles would have tightened up! Meditate! Their are so many benefits to meditating! Clear your mind to get it ready for whatever stress the day will throw at you! Eat a healthy breakfast! Get those good healthy fats, proteins and carbohydrates into your body so you have plenty of energy to attack your day! See more
