25.01.2022 BROLGA. The ultimate summer home! We used passive solar design principles here paired with aluminium privacy screening that still allowed a cool breeze. With heaps of coastal-contemporary finishes to the interior. So proud of how well this home turned out, designed and built by us And recognised by @masterbuildersnsw as a Finalist in the Design & Construct of the year

24.01.2022 GIPPS. Can’t wait to break ground on this epic project! We took this oversized block in Keiraville and created an incredible design, featuring a detached forever home for our clients and a duplex next door. These designs complemented each so well but still offered a great investment for our clients. This is our first ever design and build in Wollongong and we hope it’s the first of many! Stay tuned

24.01.2022 SWAN II. We've designed this sophisticated, modern duplex to allow for two generations of the same family to live side-by-side! We were approached by the daughter to design and build a brand new home for her and her young family, and a separate space for her parents next door. This kind of multi-generational living is such a good idea, and we're so happy to have been able to create a design that looks great and suits both their unique needs and budget. This has been designed to suit the new CDC codes - which means 4 weeks from the first concept till it’s approved and ready to build . Anyone who has ever lodged a DA would know how good this is! 21.01.2022 BROLGA. This house just gets better and better from every angle! Here we used some bold, box forms and an epic cantilever to create a coastal, Palm Springs inspired forever home with a concealed secondary dwelling within. We also used the reverse brick veneer technique here to create a home that looked amazing, but was also efficient to run and maintain moving forward

19.01.2022 The ultimate Bondi backyard here at our Hardy duplex ! By using clever design we were able to fit two pools into this modestly sized block in the middle of North Bondi. And the pitched roof detailing you can see looked amazing and also allowed for a clever attic section Perfectly complemented by @brooklyncopper freestanding shower and a sexy recycled brick party wall

More than one year on from handover, the landscaping at our Gillham project has come through and is looking so good Landscaping is often overlooked in new projects as it can be costly but as you can see here, it's well worth the investment! Loving the different shades of green against the bold, black cladding and natural textures

18.01.2022 FUTUREFLIP HQ. 12 years in the making Still pinching myself at how far we have come! So thankful for all my amazing staff, clients and family who are the reason why I do what I do. This building came up even better than what I could have ever imagined ! Thanks again to to @wattylpaint for all your help restoring this 70 year old factory into a luxury space for my team!

Our new Dover Heights dual occupancy is a new style of design for us, with two completely separate homes stacked horizontally rather than divided down the middle (like a typical duplex). This site has incredible views across Sydney Harbour to the front and a leafy, tropical garden and large pool to the rear. We’re really looking forward to building our clients' their dream home and also helping them to create great investment opportunity

07.01.2022 Port hacking double house! This was our Fasted ever DA approval ! 7 weeks from submission to approval! In a location that is flooded with attached duplexes we decided to completely separate the dual occupancy development into 2 x 4 bedroom homes with pools both with completely different styles. When designing developments step one should always be to assess the best return on investment! just because everyone else is doing something doesn’t mean it’s the best option! So excited to see this one come to life !!

06.01.2022 October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, and we teamed up with our friends @bisleyworkwear to help raise funds and awareness to benefit @nbcfaus Want to get your team involved? We had a simple breakfast BBQ for our staff this morning for a gold coin donation - every little bit helps when supporting this awesome cause. Or, if you need a new work shirt, $3 from every Pink work shirt is donated to the NBCF to help fund lifesaving cancer research and awareness

06.01.2022 Introducing north by South at Werri. This will be our first design and construct duplex at Werri Beach which has some very big shoes to fill with @bunkerhousegerringong just 300m up the road. Featuring a minimalist design with some similarities to bunker with its splays, our client has chosen a more coastal style with some crisp white render finishes which looks so nice with the epic roof garden. We can’t wait to share more and we will take you all on the journey with us - this will be a very intense build schedule with some incredible details

When I first started out as a builder, lots of my clients were successful business owners and I was really inspired by them - and their patience and willingness to share meant I was able to learn a lot of good lessons about running my own business. Helping others and sharing my own experience is a great passion of mine and something I’m hoping to do more of in the next few years on a larger scale. We completed and submitted this epic design in less than a week after purchase of the property! We love how the two dwellings are distinct in finishbut that the forms are similar - the designs sit so well side-by-side. 02.01.2022 Introducing 594! This detached dual occupancy in Port Hacking is going be an absolute showstopper . One on side we've designed a white, modern coastal vibe and on the other we've created a dark, box modern home. Cannot wait to share more from this unique project as we go

01.01.2022 KITCHENER. We designed and are currently building a Scandi-barn style duplex for a brother-sister duo and their partners. We're using the @jameshardieau Axon cladding in the 133mm smooth to achieve a striking facade that will stand out among the more traditional terrace-style homes in the area. We love the Axon cladding because the sheets come cut to fit common wall sizes, and they also arrive pre-primed and ready to paint. We can't wait to bring you back for another look once we've finished this bold, modern duplex!
