09.01.2022 FUTURE HOME REALTY.AND WE’RE BACK!! ALL OPEN HOME INSPECTIONS ARE BACK IN ACTION FOR THE FHR TEAM Happy Saturday! ... We are delighted to open our doors once again on Saturday mornings! We are still conducting private inspections, by appointment only. Effective today, we have updated our policy as follows: Open home Inspections are back and will follow industry restrictions according to Health and Government advice. We have put social distancing plans in place to stop any threat or spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus). These measures must be observed at all times during any Open homes or auctions. Open homes and auctions can be conducted with up to 10 people, and No more than one person per 4 square metres with social distancing rules observed A maximum of 3 people can conduct the Open home/auction in addition to the 10 attendees There should always be a 1.5 metre distance between people Clients waiting to access the property must be 1.5 metres apart Disinfectant spray and treatment of each property before and after our inspections of all key touch point areas These processes are designed to enable us to reopen our business in a way that does not compromise the health of the community. We kindly ask, if you are unwell or have recently been interstate or have been in contact with someone who has, you will not be allowed to attend an Open home until it is safe to do so or you have been self-isolating for a minimum of 14 days.
