The skills you will learn to develop in the BHTM Program include; 1. Being mentally ready for the job site 2. Being a good communicator 3. Understanding basic problem-solving methods 4. Presenting with a positive attitude 5. Demonstrating strong personal values and respecting others 6. Learning how to adapt 7. Understanding your own emotions and building resilience The Construction Training Fund recognise how important these skills are to master now, and into the future, and are fully funding the first cohort of 16 Apprentices. With such a limited number it is absolutely essential to register here and one of our team will be in touch with you to discuss your application. 03.01.2022 We are proud to be supporting Nulsen Group with this year's Patron Program. Once again, we were blown away by the way this year's participants engaged in the Emotional Intelligence sessions. We want to extend our thanks to all participants for being vulnerable and engaging in the topic so openly. It was inspiring to see our next generation of leaders recognise the importance of developing and using emotional intelligence to unlock their leadership potential and use it to define what leader they want to be. #emotionalintelligence
