21.01.2022 Why are you waiting for? Things to back to normal? What is normal? Redefine your own sense of future self be leaning into the present moment, what is unclear needs to be processed, what is uncertain needs to be embraced, what is unshaken needs to be shaken. As Psychologist Carl Jung says In all chaos there is a cosmos, in all disorder a secret order. Lean in my, keep fine tuning the present state of awareness this is the path of strength and power.

14.01.2022 I don’t have much to say about the world right now, other than that there is a lot of processing required and a lot of listening ... not the kind of listening that us to respond with an understanding right away but a kind of listening that simply has the fullest attention the fullest presence and the fullest of kindness without judgement, without blame and reaction... there’s so much to learn, but I’d rather take my time and not get overwhelmed by the realities of life inside my belly growing and the life outside my belly being turned inside out. I’d love to hear how your processing your internal world and the external world...? Meditation is held daily, Monday to Friday... DM me for complimentary requests...

12.01.2022 Well said @yung_pueblo what we do now is pretty important. But let’s not get all caught up in the right or wrong thing... it’s a combination of these elements... intention, attention, rehearsing, action, and reflecting... repeat . . .... . . #futurepresent #futurepresentwellness #health #wellbeing #healthyliving #vision #dharma See more

11.01.2022 Transformation requires you to engage with your subconscious mind. Our conscious mind is only about 5% in use in our day to day lives... the rest of the 95% is all in the subconscious mind... let’s explore both during #Themindfulchallenge Link in the bio for details

09.01.2022 This month I’m taking action to reduce the amount of disposable plastics in the kitchen... at first I wanted to replace everything i came into contact with, but then I realized it was an overwhelming consideration and cost! So first and foremost I’m starting with the main area the kitchen! + Gladwrap = replaced with silicon covers and beeswax wraps + Sandwhich bags = replaced with silicon reusable pouches + plastic food bags = replaced with cotton cloths + Plastic contai...ners = glass containers and or metal containers. I reuse glass jars too, cheap alternative + Plastic Shopping Bags = replaced with reusable hessian / cotton satchel bags + Sponges = replaced with wooden natural bristle brush + Bin Liners = I’ve found that compostable liners work well + Plastic serving Bowls = ceramic bowls from either markets, second hand shops or by artisans themselves. There are still many areas in the kitchen that I have yet to handle like picnic wear, soon to be baby utensils, and the purchasing of plastic packaging in convenient supermarkets... so there’s still some work there! But one step at a time!!! By all means I am not endorsed by these brands but a big shout out to Australian brand @seedandsproutco and local Sydney beeswax wrap maker @beeswaxwraps.com.au @artofbeing gorgeous mandala art on ceramics from Byron Bay, and keep cup from Melbourne based @bridgetbodenham for their very pretty replacement options! #goinggreen #plasticfreejuly #savetheplanet #consciousliving #sustainableliving #localbusiness #australianmade

07.01.2022 Igniting the fire within The Ayurvedic concept of fire, or agni, is critically important to our overall health. Agni is the force of intelligence within each cell, each tissue, and every system within the body. When agni is balanced, it tends to support strong immunity, and a long, healthy life. Balanced agni also adds a certain fragrance to our livesa zest for living that makes the whole experience more enjoyable. ... Ayurveda identifies at least 40 distinct subtypes of agni in the bodyeach defined by its specific physiological function as well as its location in the body. The mother of all of them is jathara agni, the central digestive fire that governs the digestion and assimilation of food. ~ Excerpt from Banyan Botanicals

04.01.2022 I’m a little behind on the weekends events in terms of posting but nevertheless an impactful message still carries through the rest of the week. Firstly happy #internationalyogaday2020 oh boy what this means on a universal and individual level is that we celebrate #union, #health, #acceptance, #evolution and #revolution. Yoga as a form of movement and as the meaning of the word means to yoke... to unite. Yoga embodies unity of mind and body, thought and action a holistic ...approach that is valuable to our health and our well-being. Secondly we have experienced a potent solar eclipse and new moon on Sunday here in Australia. This is important because from an energy level we may be emotionally shaken up or feel the fatigue and also all at once the urge for new beginnings. There is a very strong and potent energy globally happening to heal and reconnect our wounds for great revolutionary change. We as women, mothers, nurturers and change agents are more than ever required to stand up in our own communities to recreate structural change and do the work for human rights, racism, education, fighting poverty and wellbeing... however we cannot do this alone... we need sister tribes, council’s commitment, community meetings, leaders to listen and advocate for change. The ring of fire as this eclipse has been known for is revealing whether we leap into the ring of fire or ignore it, dismiss it, numb it out... feel the feels for what ever is coming up for you from the weekend and allow yourselves to experience it for what it is and use it as a form of fuel for change and expression, whether pleasurable emotions rise, anger, mourning of grief. Set the intentions for the next 30 days and 6 months get creative to with imagining the possibilities and align goals and aspirations with action steps... happy new moon beams #futurepresent #powerofnow #blacklivesmatter #alllivesmatter #change #yoga #livinglifeinflow See more

03.01.2022 The power of humanity is the strength of individual commitment and the force of collective action. Both must be mobilized to relieve suffering, ensure respect for human dignity and ultimately create a more humane society. ~ International committee of the Red Cross ~ @realfunwow

02.01.2022 Guru Purnima is one of the most auspicious days in the Hindu calendar. It is marked as World Teacher's Day, Guru Purnima too is celebrated to pay gratitude to our teachers, known as 'Guru' in Sanskrit. The Sanskrit word literally translates to 'one who removes ignorance'. We also honour the guru within us, we hold all that we seek already inside. Our gurus that we admire just shine that light already within. Your gurus can be anyone you admire whether alive or not, like a mu...se of admiration the qualities and traits in which you wish to evoke exist already within. Call upon your gurus when you need inspiration, guidance and growth. The gurus I honour today are all the mothers who’ve delivered a natural birthing into this world.

01.01.2022 Just a reminder to you all. No matter how you are feeling inside or outside of yourself you are so loved... #selflove #loveforall #yoga #union #love

01.01.2022 Some of my many favorite moments from birth to now 4.5 weeks in! The days and nights roll into one, there is no concept of time but many moments. Moments of in time that I want to bottle and grasp and keep, I know that clinging only creates more suffering! So I celebrate our little Kyan in each and every moment with as much joy and presence as possible! ... As we have been riding the wave of emotions and brilliant highs, and sleepless nights, learning to accept the moment as it is, reminds me it all is a part of a greater sum. Sooo grateful to have this spiritual being in our lives! @yogi_tamaste we made a baby possum!
