22.01.2022 I am so impressed by Ha-Le Thai life story. She came to Australia with no money, no friends and no English. 22.01.2022 My friend, never let unexpected challenges to control your state. In this video you can see that the sound system was suddently not working in my live event. This is the most horrible situation especially when you are presenting on the stage. What should I do? To complain, to critise, to stop my speech?! Yes, I could do that, which may make me feel good and released at the moment but I chosen not to do because I don't want to ruin the trust from my audience. What I simply di...d was to ask everyone to do a short discussion so that I could have enough time to check and fix this problem. Feeling so frustrated, isn't it? ... Well, here is the reason. You see, there are really four types of prospects. #1:Hot buyer: they have money/need having the urge to buy now. #2: Light buyer: they have money/need but not having the urge to buy now. #3: Wrong buyer: they have no interest to buy at all #4: Fake buyer: they may need the product but they pretend to be someone who can afford it. 15.01.2022 Do you know that the sales process really starts when you encounter your first objection. Wait a minute, What does it mean? It means when you see or call your client, you build a good rapport with them, you introduce your products/service to them, and then you ask them for purchase, all of these steps above don't really count as the sales process.... Unfortunately, the mainstream teaching in selling is not practical in the real world Here is the way you have been taught. They told you that if you build enough rapport, share clearly about the benifits of the product, answer every questions from your prospects with warm smile and after that when you ask them for the purchase, they will buy. However, in the real world, here is what normally happens: After you ask for the purchase, most of the time, your prospects will not buy right away but giving you objections such as "let me think about it, I want to talk to my wife" and so on. Now, you are totally screwed. Because in your mind you might be thinking:"wait a minute, I finished all the steps and they should have purchased now what happened"? Here is what happens: your sales process is not started yet. You see When your prospects say "no" to you is really the time you use your sales skills to convince them to say "YES". 03.01.2022 Why your potential clients don’t trust you You have spent hours and hours developing your products/service/coaching programs. You have spent hundreds and thousands of dollars on promotion. ... You have worked days after days positioning yourself as the expert in your filed. But it seems that your prospects still don’t trust you to work with you. Lack of clients makes you deeply worry about the possibility of inconsistent cash flow. You are feeling so frustrated, so uncertain and so insecure. At the same, you are feeling so confused too. You say to yourself:" I got the best the product in the world, why people don't trust me." Here is the underlying reason You want to make easy money without being responsible for your client's result. You want to do what you love where you love and with whom you love without being responsible for your client's result. You want to achieve your own financial freedom without being responsible for your client's result. What does it mean? It means after your clients purchased from you; you don't want to take any serious responsibility. What you should do Give your client's the best guarantee that they can possibly imagine. Make your clients feel safe to work with you Make your clients think: " how come this person/ company gives such a guarantee, are they crazy!" I give you an example of my own As I researched all the training programs out there, I found that the guarantee customers normally get is something like this: "At the end of our program, if you are not satisfied, we will give all your money back." I thought to myself. It sounds fine. However, it does not promise anything related to "what customers really want" So, I want to do something totally different to earn people's trust. So, the guarantee I promised to my clients is called "Better than Money-back guarantee" It simply states like this: Three months after you complete my Sales & Marketing program if you cannot make your study fee back (e.g.$10,000), I will give all your money back . Plus, I will work with you for free until you make $10,000. You see This promise will put me in a very difficult position but will put my clients in a very comfortable and happy position. This promise will wake me up at the midnight desperately trying to figure out the best practical strategy to help you get what you want. This will make people think:" is Lin stupid, is he out of his mind, how could he possibly gave such a big promise." You must reverse the risk and burden and give it 100% safe for your clients. What result can you promise to your clients my friend? Hope it helps
