24.01.2022 Looking forward to seeing our Future Stars tomorrow afternoon at 2pm. We'll be using the back nets and Glenview Oval (The Oldies have a bunch of games on). First up we'll be working on our batting skills; second, we'll do a session on preparing for Rep trials; and finally, we'll test ourselves out with a competitive net session. I'm keen for a bat against the boys. Who thinks they can knock the old fella's stumps over?

15.01.2022 Looking forward to the last session of the winter program tomorrow at Maroochydore. We'll meet at 1pm for our Warm-up. Following that we'll do a skills rotation before a short break, after which we'll finish the program with a Future Stars 20-20 Blast match. At 430pm we'll pull up stumps and mark the success of our inaugural program with some complimentary nibbles and drinks for our wonderful, supportive parents.

14.01.2022 Please remember, our next session is on Tuesday 20th September from 9am-1pm. We'll be joined by approximately 20 other keen young cricketers at our holiday clinic. Senior Coaches Wayne Anderson and Peter Procopis will be on hand to run each session. All players should get ready to improve their skills whilst also having a ton of fun. Many boundaries, many wickets, many catches and many big smiles...bring it on!

10.01.2022 Summer Session Two tomorrow. The benefits of a great off-season were on show last weekend. Everywhere I looked, straight bats were striking balls back past the bowler and bowlers were probing batsmen's techniques with accuracy and guile. More skills work tomorrow and a workshop on Rep Trials, Rep Coaches, Rep parents and other things that seem more important than they are in the big scheme of a cricket career.
