Masks are NOT required inside the gym when doing strenuous exercise, which is defined as "Exercise in or above the aerobic zone including high-intensity interval training, cycling, running", Therefore you will be able to remove your mask once you begin Tumbling & Stunting. However you will need to carry your mask with you at all times. All spectators require masks at all times. ... EVERYONE still needs to bring a mask with them to enter and exit the gym. Also for your safety and others we need to make sure we do the following Adhering to social distancing requirements when possible sanitising & washing hands regularly Staying home if you feel sick or unwell Together we can prevent the spread & keep cheerleading alive!
