20.01.2022 Even with State of Origin games to be watched, Gil has been busy travelling locally, all around Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, visiting clients to help realise home-owning and business goals and dreams Hes also attended Choice expos and information sessions to update his contacts and skills - all tools to be better able to assist his clients. He has submitted a number of loan applications this week, and received the Approved status extremely quickly. Very exciting for him and his clients! That must mean G & B Lending Solutions has been kept busy, even through holiday periods, although Gil did manage to sail off on a weeklong cruise in April to celebrate a significant birthday with friends, all celebrating the same. 14.01.2022 Things have been a little quiet in the mortgage market for G & B Lending Solutions Pty Ltd (Choice Home Loans) lately, but Gil has been proud of the loan approvals he has gained recently. There have been some challenges, that he has had to navigate around, in order to get the "Approved" stamp from the lending institution. It shows his dogged determination to ably assist his clients with honesty, integrity and passion to get the best deal and product suited to their needs.

09.01.2022 Its been a while since updating this page, and that could mean its been busy. G & B Lending Solutions hope everyone enjoyed wonderful Christmas and New Year celebrations. Gil has been kept unusually busy over the holiday period, with new and longtime clients, not that hes complaining. He hasnt time to get into mischief, whilst preparing and submitting loan documentation to gain the best deal suited to each clients needs. 07.01.2022 Despite a health scare, that required hospitalisation for 8 days, Gil still managed to keep up to date with the business, by instructing his secretary (wife) to bring him files; check, print and send emails; answer calls and relay messages. Hes recovering well and readily available to assist with your mortgage needs.

04.01.2022 Holidaytime no more!! It seems many are actively seeking a loan or a home, as Gil has had a very full week and weekend. Hes had appointments for every day for the last 7 days, including today, and sometimes, more than 1 a day. And he loves it - as well as travelling around, meeting lovely new clients, it also keeps him busy back in his office and out of trouble!
