23.01.2022 One of my projects that had the Clipsal c-bus touch screens installed

23.01.2022 Fitted a v.s.d. Variable speed drive to this submerisible bore pump, it activates via a water pressure sensor And by installing this vsd it gives the pump a soft start and soft stop which will give the pump a long lease on its life span .another advantage it the pump only runs at a speed due to the water pressure required which also give a considerable saving in power consumpion.

22.01.2022 Another project almost completed by gf McKay electrics. This home is built over three levels and constructed from timber frame. The bathrooms have electric underfloor heating and the basement floor is heated by hot water circulating through the polished concrete floor which is automated via thermostatic control. This home was fitted out with the new Clipsal iconic range using the electronic push button switches. The unique function of these switches is that lights which are switched from multiple locations can be dimmed from all the switching positions. They also have blue tooth capability so switching from a smart phone or iPads is also achievable.

17.01.2022 one of the homes I did for quaine construction. This home was a renovation and extension. designed by architect Gerrard Mccann. The owners were terrific to work with and very creative.

13.01.2022 installed some in ground led up lights to this interesting piece of art work , the lights are colour changing so this art will look fantastic at night. look closely at the art work and see if you can recognise some of the item used. Just brilliant.

12.01.2022 One of my jobs this week was to change out 100 halogen down light to led down lights. The power consumption of the halogen lights was 5000 watts or 20 amps and consumed $1.50 worth of power per hour. By changing to 8 watt led down lights the power consumption is now a total of 800 watts or 3 amps and now costs 25 cent an hour to run. Thats a saving of $1.25 per hour . That a saving of $50.00 per week on the power bill .

11.01.2022 Another home completed, this one was built over 4 levels into the side of a hill. The clipsal iconic range of switch gear was used throughout this home , extensive use of led lighting with dimming control made this home quite spectacular at night . Another one Im very proud to be part of.

09.01.2022 stage 2 at the Ningaloo tourist centre where we are installing the electrical equipment for the aquarium. Almost completed and have commenced commissioning of the pumps ,motors and the life support systems required to maintain a thriving aquarium

08.01.2022 Another project this week was to install the lighting for an outdoor wedding held on a property in mundaring. The property is surrounded by huge trees so lighting up the canopies of the trees was always going to look spectacular. I used quite a few colour changing flood lights which added some nice colour into the mix. Stacks of fairy lights spread around the smaller trees which made the atmosphere at the wedding pretty special.
