23.01.2022 G & S Electrical offer the following advice for wet motors: Motors which have been submerged in flood water should be dismantled and the windings dried out and bearings changed. The cost of this type of repair is substantially less than purchasing new motors. The longer motors are left wet the greater the risk of corrosion. We can offer this service using our oven for the process.
