25.01.2022 G & T is up and running again as from tomorrow and are looking forward to seeing you again. To start with we will be open Sun, Tues, Wed, Fri and Sat from approx 9.30 to 3.00. We have some interesting new stock from the UK and here in Tasmania and are once again pleased to be supporting Tasmanian artists and artisans.

18.01.2022 Well here we are for another season. G & T has re-opened its doors and will be open daily (except Tuesdays) until things get a bit busier. Come in and browse we have lots of new goodies (hopefully something for everyone). Lucy was in the UK over our winter months and has bought back some very interesting pieces. 18.01.2022 Lucy and Wendy wish to advise that we will be temporarily closing at the end of May as a break for us and also due to the fact that our landlords require the room for a couple of months. All being well, we will be reopening on 1 September. We thank you all for your support in our little venture and look forward to our next season.

16.01.2022 It is with some regret that Wendy and Lucy announce the closure of G & T on 30 April next. We thank all our customers for their support over the last few years. If you are in Ross in the next week or so please call in. There may be a bargain waiting for YOU!

15.01.2022 I realise I have been very slack with updates and here it is nearing the end of the tourism season. Lucy and I have been overwhelmed with the support from our customers and would like to thank both our new and returning visitors. We enjoy our task of finding new and interesting items for you to browse and especially love meeting new people both from home and other places. We may slow down on our opening hours in the coming weeks but will keep you informed and until then it is all systems go as long as one of us is able to be here. Thank you - Wendy

10.01.2022 Well here we are again - ready for a new season and looking forward to greeting new and old customers. Leading up to Christmas we will be open from Thursday to Monday. We have lots of new stock, plus our old favourites and hope to see you soon! Lucy and Wendy

09.01.2022 Well here we are again, but unfortunately to let you know that G & T will be closed from next Monday 23 May until approx. 1 October. Thank you so much for your support - Lucy and I have had a lovely time meeting you all and you have made our days special. We look forward to re-opening in October with some new and old treasures. Wendy.

09.01.2022 The Campbell Town District Garden Club is holding an Open Garden Day in Ross on 25 November next. There will be 8 gardens open to the public. Cost $5 per person for the day. Tickets available at the Ross Post Office from 10.00 am on the day. Any queries. please contact me - Wendy 0418 519 401

07.01.2022 "Glimpses of Ross" 2016 Calendar should be in store mid December. Each month depicts a scene of Ross by Launceston artist Muriel Sluce. Calendars will retail at $40 each and are exclusive to G & T. Numbers available will be limited, so if you are interested, please contact Wendy on 0418 519401 to make sure you can secure one of these special calendars - they are large A3 size and printed on high quality paper. The original paintings are also for sale at $130 each. Scenes depicted include Anzac Day, Ross Marathons, Ross Rodeo, Picnic at Ross, the Toy Run, some Ross cottages etc etc. See examples below.

06.01.2022 G & T have now closed their doors for the last time. A bit sad but great experience over the years we have been open. We have met some lovely people and it is one of the things we will miss. Thank you to all who have supported us in our venture - both customers and suppliers. You never know, one of us may pop up again in a different guise. Thank you all so much - our pop up shop which we thought would only last a few months couldnt have been the success it was without you. Wendy and Lucy
