He is the founder of Springs Distribution, WA company that helps others producers & manufacturers expand internationally.... . Scott and I were initially connected through LinkedIn. At first, I looked to meet with him to expand my network and learn about export-import business. However, to my surprise I learned so much more than that. Scott shared his experience in business, start-up, investment and how to live life to our full potential. . Scott started from nothing, became highly recognised ched in hospitality industry to now running his own businesses. . Knowing Scott enthusiasm, I believe he's going to accomplish more in life. 14.01.2022 #22 of 100 coffees Taking my catch up to another level. Instead of coffee, we had something more to kick our adrenaline. Yes, we did indoor rock climbing (read more to find our reason doing it) . I had a great catch up with Dr. Paul Harlond, Principal Chiropractor at Dalkeith Chiropractic. Some of you might already know that I'm currently pursuing my calling to become a Chiropractor and I believe learning from others who's got more experience is priceless.... . The amazing story of Dr. Paul is that he started his Chiro journey after spent years in corporate environment where he didn't feel like he's doing something meaningful. He found his passion and he never looks back. . Dr. Paul also shared his experience from starting his study to owning and running his practice (This is Gold). . So why Rock Climbing? It's Dr. Paul's hobby and he believes that this exercise can activate + strengthen our forearms which helps Chiro to perform the magic (adjustment). . 12.01.2022 #21 of 100 Father & Son Duo Perseverance is what you need if you wanna go high. That really kicked me when I had my coffee catch up with a humble business owner, Mr Rijanto. He's got many inspiring stories from building his family business from negative cash flow (not even zero ), to not give up on his dream when there were so many shortcuts he could have chosen..... Rijanto thinks differently, always looks for opportunity and new connections. . Also let me shout out to @06gavin (Rijanto's son + my new friend) who came along to join our coffee. 11.01.2022 #19 of 100 "You have to be serious with your goals", This really resonates with me when I had the opportunity meeting Bernard Chia, managing director of Alyka. . My goal this year is to launch my marketing agency and I believe learning from those who have done will fast track my goals. Grateful to meet and learn from Bernard (the 6-pack CEO).... . Bernard shared his stories when he and his business partners started Alyka in 2006. There were many sleepless nights, unbelievable work ethic and many failures along the way. But those are what made Alyka today as One of the best marketing data driven agency in Perth . I thank Bernard for his advice, time and inspiration.
