25.01.2022 Copper is a heavy metal that’s perfectly safe to consume at low levels. You have about 50 to 80 milligrams (mg) of copper in your body that’s mostly found in your muscles and liver, where excess copper is filtered out into waste products like pee and poop. The normal range for copper levels in the blood is 70 to 140 micrograms per deciliter (mcg/dL). Your body needs copper for a number of processes and functions. Copper helps develop tissues that make up your bones, joints, a...nd ligaments. You can get plenty of copper from your diet. Copper toxicity means you have more than 140 mcg/dL of copper in your blood. Copper is found in different amounts in a wide variety of foods. Therefore, dietary restriction alone is usually not enough to control Wilson’s disease. Medicines such as Cuprime and Depen (generic name: D-penicillamine) and Syprine (generic name: trientine) are used to help excrete excess copper with the urine. Zinc is also used to reduce copper absorption in the diet. Still, it is helpful to avoid copper-rich foods as much as possible. The dietary intake of copper should be less than 1.0 mg per day Copper toxicity can be caused by genetic conditions or exposure to high levels of copper in food or water. That is why it is important filter water. What are the symptoms of copper toxicity? Some reported symptoms of copper poisoning include: headaches fever passing out feeling sick throwing up blood in your vomit diarrhea black poop abdominal cramps brown ring-shaped markings in your eyes (Kayser-Fleischer rings) yellowing of eyes and skin (jaundice) Copper poisoning may also cause the following mental and behavioral symptoms: feeling anxious or irritable having trouble paying attention feeling overexcited or overwhelmed feeling unusually sad or depressed sudden changes in your mood Long-term copper toxicity can also be fatal or cause: kidney conditions liver damage or failure heart failure brain damage
25.01.2022 Source of energy and full of antioxidants, cocoa has powerful properties and its use goes far beyond chocolate. Evaluated by us nutritionists, the benefits of cocoa have proven to help both those who want to lose weight and those who want better performance in training. According to Gabby Essado, FDA source, nutritionist and chef; the grain has more than 300 healthy compounds. Some of them are: phenylethylamine, theobromine and polyphenols, like flavonoids. Cocoa also c...ontains many vitamins and minerals, such as potassium and copper, which help to improve cardiovascular health, and iron, which carries oxygen to the body. Calcium and magnesium are also found in cocoa beans, which are necessary for all the main organs to function properly , he analyzes. #nosugar #sugarfeee #gratitude #love #cacao #namaste #gratitude #cacao #benefits #nutritionalinformation #nutririon #nutritious #nutritionistchef #holistic The large amounts of flavonoids, even, help to neutralize the effects of free radicals in the body, protect the skin from the sun and also have anti-inflammatory action. So, in addition to providing more energy for training, it also helps in post-workout recovery. But not only for its nutritional properties, cocoa stimulates the production of endorphins, the hormone of happiness, and can help to fight several diseases. According to Nutritionist Gabby Essado, some studies have proven that Cocoa helps to stabilize blood pressure. If consumed properly, cocoa increases vitality, as endorphins have a positive influence on human mental activity. It is also good for people suffering from hypertension, as it has polyphenols that help stabilize blood pressure and procyanidins, which relieves stress, rejuvenates the skin and increases its elasticity. It is worth remembering that the benefits for the organism are in natura cocoa, in the forms of Cacao (nibs), 100% raw cocoa powder, or cacao paste and chocolates with cocoa amounts above 70% purity. 23.01.2022 During a time of opposition, when there seems to be one tragedy after the next, it’s easy to feel like life is spinning out of control. When we feel powerless it can keep us in a perpetual state of fight or flight which in turn can cause dis-ease in the body. As we are met with great challenges, it is vital to keep our nervous system running as efficiently as possible. The goal in times of challenge is to raise our vibration, so our bodies and minds can rest and digest all th...at is happening around us. One of the best ways to do this is to circulate more energy or prana throughout the body. When prana flows efficiently, both our voluntary and involuntary functions work at optimal levels from deeper connections with community to healthier digestion to more restful sleep to increased stress resilience! That’s right, allowing more energy to flow through your body can increase your ability to skillfully deal with stress, increasing your overall well-being. Try this sequence designed to first ground and calm the mind before mindfully moving through invigorating poses that focus on connecting breath with movement. Seal the practice by setting an intention to support your day. 21.01.2022 We all want to be healthier versions of ourselves and improve our overall wellbeing. Most of the time, we tend to concentrate only on the body, focusing on our physical health. While this is important, it’s not the only component of wellbeing we should be improving. To achieve lasting health, we need to understand the importance of the body, mind and soul and how they work together to build our overall wellbeing. A healthy body keeps you well and active. A healthy mind keeps ...you focused and engaged. A healthy soul keeps you fulfilled and content. The Science of the Three Brains The link between mind, body and soul is scientific fact. Research reveals we have three separate neural pathway networks, leading to the head, the gut and the heart. These have been dubbed the three brains, all capable of controlling how we feel and how we react. It’s vital to nurture each ‘brain’ to ensure optimal wellbeing. We need to look after our mental health to maintain focus and clarity of the mind. It’s important to develop positive relationships and genuine connection to nourish our spiritual and emotional health. Not to mention the need to monitor what we put into our body and how we use it to ensure physical wellbeing. It’s a delicate balance. If our physical health is sound but our mental or spiritual wellbeing is not, our physical health will eventually be impacted by the affects of reduced motivation, low morale, decreased satisfaction and lack of purpose. Likewise, poor physical health affects our personal satisfaction, contentment and mental state. This is why it’s vital to understand the importance of mind, body and soul and identify ways to improve and maintain health and wellbeing in each area. #body #mind #soul #respect #connected #spirituality #love #gratitude #selflove #selflovejourney #selfacceptance #mindfulness #souljourney #soulawakening #conection #gabbyessadonutritionistchef #nature #mentalhealth #feelings #exercise #brainhealth

20.01.2022 Phytic acid, also called phytate, prevents the absorption of nutrients in the body, but it can be almost completely eliminated from food. Phytic acid is an antinutrient compound present in vegetables that can prevent or hinder the absorption of essential nutrients by the digestive system. It is particularly present in grains and vegetables. But the good news is that phytic acid can be almost completely eliminated from food. It is one of several antinutrients, such as tannins,... and can also have some beneficial health effects. The most studied antinutrients include: Phytate (phytic acid): Mainly found in seeds, grains and vegetables, phytate reduces the absorption of minerals from a meal. These include iron, zinc, magnesium and calcium; Tannins: Class of antioxidant polyphenols that can impair the digestion of various nutrients. Lectins: found in all food plants, especially in seeds, vegetables and grains. Some lectins can be harmful in high amounts and interfere with nutrient absorption. Protease inhibitors: Widely distributed among plants, especially in seeds, grains and legumes. They interfere with protein digestion by inhibiting digestive enzymes. Calcium oxalate: The primary form of calcium in many vegetables, such as spinach. Oxalate-bound calcium is poorly absorbed. Immersion Beans and other legumes such as lentils and chickpeas can be soaked in water overnight to improve their nutritional value (see here for a study: 10). Most of the phytic acid present in legumes is found in the skin. Since many antinutrients are water soluble, they simply dissolve when food is immersed in water. In legumes, immersion has been found to decrease phytic acid, protease inhibitors, lectins, tannins and calcium oxalate. A 12-hour pea dip, for example, reduced phytate content by up to 9%. Another study found that immersion of pigeon peas for six to 18 hours decreased lectins by 38-50%, tannins by 13-25% and protease inhibitors by 28-30%. However, the reduction of antinutrients may depend on the type of legume. In beans, soybeans and broad beans, immersion reduces protease inhibitors very little. Boil Boiling can degrade antinutrients such as lectins, tannins and protease inhibitors. One study showed that boiling pigeon peas for 80 minutes reduced protease inhibitors by 70%, lectin by 79% and tannin by 69%. In addition, calcium oxalate is reduced by 19-87% in boiled green leafy vegetables. Cooking and baking, on the other hand, are not as effective methods. Phytic acid, however, is resistant to heat and is not as easily degraded with boiling. The cooking time required depends on the type of antinutrient, the vegetable and the cooking method. Generally, a longer cooking time results in a greater reduction of antinutrients.
20.01.2022 Pregnancy and Meditation Are you ready to add a little Zen to your pregnancy? Meditation can help reduce stress and increase relaxation when you’re expecting. Here’s how to get started. Pregnancy can come with an onslaught of emotions. You may feel happy, sad, excited and worried all in the span of a few minutes.... Pregnancy hormones, along with sleep disturbances and the life changes associated with welcoming a new member to your family, can leave you feeling stressed and even anxious in the midst of all the positives. Whether or not you’ve meditated before, the practice can help you take stock of this emotional whirlwind. What’s more, meditation is great for both you and your baby-to-be. Not sure how to do it? This guide can help. What is meditation? Meditation is a form of complementary medicine that has been practiced for thousands of years. It involves focusing your attention for a set period of time, whether it’s on your breath, a mantra (repeated positive phrase) or the present moment. When done consistently over an extended period of time, meditation can have a host of positive benefits for expectant moms. How does meditation help during pregnancy? Meditation can help reduce the stress that often accompanies major life changes like pregnancy. It can also help with pregnancy symptoms, including fatigue, mood changes and sleep disturbances. Studies have found that meditation and other mindfulness-based exercises during pregnancy may reduce anxiety, depression and perceived stress, though more research needs to be done. 16.01.2022 Let food be your medicine, although if your mind is not in a safety stage of mind nothing will change or work until you change it too. Our body isn’t alone, please do not look after yourself as a part, you are whole body-mind-soul connected with the universe. Clean your mind first by meditating and breaking down beliefs that are holding you back. ... How food nourishes and protects your body Many nutrients in food promote health and protect your body from disease. Eating whole, nutritious foods is important because their unique substances work synergistically to create an effect that can’t be replicated by taking a supplement. Vitamins and minerals Although your body only needs small amounts of vitamins and minerals, they’re vital for your health. However, Western diets high in processed foods and low in whole foods like fresh produce are typically deficient in vitamins and minerals. Such deficiencies can substantially increase your risk of disease. For example, insufficient intakes of vitamin C, vitamin D, and folate may harm your heart, cause immune dysfunction, and increase your risk of certain cancers, respectively. Beneficial plant compounds Nutritious foods, including vegetables, fruits, beans, and grains, boast numerous beneficial compounds, such as antioxidants. Antioxidants protect cells from damage that may otherwise lead to disease. In fact, studies demonstrate that people whose diets are rich in polyphenol antioxidants have lower rates of depression, diabetes, dementia, and heart disease. Whole, nutritious foods boast vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fiber, protein, and fat, all of which promote health and are key to optimal bodily function.

15.01.2022 Organic Watermelon Watermelon is a delicious and refreshing fruit that’s also good for you. It contains only 46 calories per cup but is high in vitamin C, vitamin A and many healthy plant compounds.... Drinking water is an important way to keep your body hydrated. However, eating foods that have a high water content can also help. Interestingly, watermelon is 92% water (1Trusted Source). What’s more, a high water content is one of the reasons why fruits and vegetables help you feel full. The combination of water and fiber means you’re eating a good volume of food without a lot of calories. Contains Nutrients and Beneficial Plant Compounds As far as fruits go, watermelon is one of the lowest in calories only 46 calories per cup (154 grams). That’s lower than even low-sugar fruits such as berries (2). One cup (154 grams) of watermelon has many other nutrients as well, including these vitamins and minerals: Vitamin C: 21% of the Reference Daily Intake (RDI) Vitamin A: 18% of the RDI Potassium: 5% of the RDI Magnesium: 4% of the RDI Vitamins B1, B5 and B6: 3% of the RDI Watermelon is also high in carotenoids, including beta-carotene and lycopene. Plus, it has citrulline, an important amino acid. Carotenoids Carotenoids are a class of plant compounds that includes alpha-carotene and beta-carotene, which your body converts to vitamin A. Lycopene Lycopene is a type of carotenoid that doesn’t change into vitamin A. This potent antioxidant gives a red color to plant foods such as tomatoes and watermelon and is linked to many health benefits. 15.01.2022 Carbohydrates, also known as carbohydrates or saccharides, are molecules with a structure composed of carbon, oxygen and hydrogen, whose main function is to provide energy to the body, since 1 gram of carbohydrate corresponds to 4 Kcal, constituting about 45 to 50% of the diet - normal individual does activity 3 times a week. What are worth for?! Carbohydrates are the main source of energy for the body because, during digestion, glucose is generated, which is the preferred... component of cells to produce energy, which break down this molecule into ATP, used in various metabolic processes, for the proper functioning of the body . Glucose is mainly used by the brain, which uses about 120 g, out of a total of 160 g used daily. In addition, a portion of the glucose generated is stored in the form of glycogen in the liver, and a small portion is stored in the muscles, for situations in which the body needs reserves, such as in situations of prolonged fasting, alertness or metabolic stress , for example. The consumption of carbohydrates is also important for the preservation of muscles, since the lack of glucose favors the loss of muscle mass. Fiber is also a type of carbohydrate, which, despite not being digested in glucose, is essential for the digestion process, since it reduces the absorption of cholesterol, helps maintain blood sugar, increases bowel movements and favors the increase stool volume, avoiding constipation. #carbs #carbohydrates #simple #complex #carbohydratecounting #carbohydratescomplex #nutritionist #nutrition #food #medicine #healthy #treatyourself #treatment #natural #lifestyle #lifeisgood #lifecoaching #greensaltmovement
15.01.2022 Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state. What meditation is all about Meditation may be an ancient tradition, but it’s still practiced in cultures all over the world to create a sense of calm and inner harmony. Although the practice has ties to many different religi...ous teachings, meditation is less about faith and more about altering consciousness, finding awareness, and achieving peace. These days, with the greater need to reduce stress in the midst of our busy schedules and demanding lives, meditation is increasing in popularity. Although there isn’t a right or wrong way to meditate, it’s important to find a practice that meets your needs and complements your personality. 11.01.2022 1ST STEP: DETERMINE YOUR BODY TYPE The diet that is going to help you achieve the best results in terms of muscle building greatly depends on your body type. In weight training, we generally distinguish between three body types: THE ECTOMORPH BODY TYPE... (Hard gainer): The body is usually petite with long limbs, a low percentage of body fat and slow weight gain. THE ENDOMORPH BODY TYPE (Soft gainer): A round physique, fat deposits are quickly gained around the waist, hips and thighs. Wide hips, particularly in women. Slow metabolism, but fast development of muscle mass and fat deposits. THE MESOMORPH BODY TYPE: Athletic body with broad shoulders, powerful arms and legs and a slender waist. High muscle mass, usually very athletic. Rapid success when building muscle. The body types differ in terms of muscle mass, tendency to put on weight and general structure. However, not all people can be specifically typified these are mixed types. 2ND STEP: PROPER NUTRITION & TRAINING FOR YOUR BODY TYPE THE ECTOMORPH BODY TYPE/HARD GAINER Training: The focus should be on weight training, because calorie consumption is very high during endurance training. Ideally, this body type should concentrate on increasing muscle mass and flexibility. However, caution is advised. Ectomorphs become over exercised very quickly. Nutrition: Carbohydrate-heavy nutrition. A calorie surplus is needed to build mass. The diet should consist of plenty of protein and good fats, and plenty of fruit and vegetables. Make sure to drink plenty of fluids, too. THE MESOMORPH BODY TYPE Training: Emphasis should be placed on flexibility training for the muscles. This body type is quick to see good results in terms of building strength, but tends to have shorter muscles and tendons. Nutrition: Carbohydrate-heavy diet during the day, reduced carbohydrate consumption in the evening. The diet should consist of plenty of protein and good fats, and plenty of fruit and vegetables. Make sure to drink plenty of fluids, too. THE ENDOMORPH BODY TYPE/SOFT GAINER Training: A combination of weight training for muscle building and endurance. #muscles #gainmuscle #metabolism #exercisemotivation
10.01.2022 To desire is to be in a particular state of mind. It is a state of mind familiar to everyone who has ever wanted to drink water or desired to know what has happened to an old friend, but its familiarity does not make it easy to give a theory of desire. Controversy immediately breaks out when asking whether wanting water and desiring knowledge are, at bottom, the same state of mind as others that seem somewhat similar: wishing never to have been born, preferring mangoes to pea...ches, craving gin, having world conquest as one's goal, having a purpose in sneaking out to the shed, or being inclined to provoke just for the sake of provocation. These varied states of mind have all been grouped together under the heading of ‘pro attitudes’, but whether the pro attitudes are fundamentally one mental state or many is disputed. In spite of the disputes, it is nonetheless possible to get a fix on desire itself. Desiring is a state of mind that is commonly associated with a number of different effects: a person with a desire tends to act in certain ways, feel in certain ways, and think in certain ways. If Nora desires tea, for example, then Nora will typically make herself a cup of tea; if she does not get herself some tea right away she will nonetheless typically feel the urge to do so; she will find the thought of tea pleasant and will find her current lack of tea unpleasant; she will find her thoughts repeatedly turning to the idea of tea; she will judge that tea seems like a good idea; and so on. These various effects have been the focus of efforts to develop theories that are theories of desire. But once you take a deep dive into what each really means to you, you may find there are some huge differences. Here's the thing: While love is a biological need, desire is more centered on a motivation and drive. ... Desire is larger than the act of sexit's also about feeling like we deserve that wanting. Contrary to what some people think, desire can actually be quite a good and necessary part of being human. ... Desire is not the enemy to a happy and balanced life. In fact, desire can often be the driver for all greater awesomeness. What is your desire?!

09.01.2022 From the moment we bleed we receive messaging about how we should feel about it and about what this means for us. Bombarded by marketing campaigns that overload women with messages that are designed and directed to create a relationship with themselves of shame. Most women aren’t even taught the anatomical name for their genitals let alone perceive their bodies natural aspects as something that is a focus point for respect and gratitude. We hardly ever realise that in awake...ning our menstrual cycle we have stepped into the raw beauty of our powerful creative vehicles. Introduced to an inner world that has rhythms, cycles, opportunities and magic embedded into it. An inside phenomena that is intuitive, alive, vibrant and pulsating with purpose. An inner world that is full of emotional feedback, changing chemistries, sensations of pain and even pleasure that comes from letting go and becoming nourished. I now bless that my menstrual cycle has deepened the relationship I have with my body as an intuitive channel. It has and continues to grow into a very unexpected spiritual teacher for me. It illuminates and teaches softly with a confident radiance. Now I realise amongst the many magical gifts my cycle brings, it is potent in my manifestation process revealing key insights at the right time and powerful energetic support in materialising what I want to create. Each time I get my period I feel a difference in what I am called to focus on spiritually and I find myself listening into deeper wisdoms my body reveals each cycle. There are times I feel that my cycle is themed around deeply letting go of pain I am holding onto. Those are the days I feel drawn to being quiet, nourishing myself with deep care. 09.01.2022 What Is Love? Understand the 3 Spiritual Levels of Love As much as we might like to, we can't force love to happen. But we can understand its many levels and connect more easily to its source. Love Is a Many-Leveled Thing... Most of us have been confused about love all of our lives. In fact, we often begin the inner life as a searchconscious or unconsciousfor a source of love that can't be taken away. We may have grown up feeling unloved or believing we had to perform heroic feats to deserve love. Our parents, the movies we see, our cultural and religious milieu give us ideas about love that go on influencing us long after we have forgotten their source. When we read spiritual books and encounter teachers, our understanding about love can get even more complicated, because depending on what we read or whom we study with, we get slightly different takes on what love means in spiritual life. Some teachers tell us that our essence is love; others say love is a passion, an emotion that leads to addiction and clinging. If we're on a devotional path like bhakti yoga, Sufism, or mystical Christianity, we're often taught that the way to enlightenment is to fall in love with God and let that love grow until it engulfs us and we become one with the Beloved. If we're on a more knowledge-based yogic path, we may be taught to look askance at the feelings of bliss and love that arise in practice, because, we're told, the spaciousness that is our goal is beyond such feelings. We are soon left to wonder where the truth lies in all of this. When spiritual teachers use the word love, what kind of love are they talking about? Is eros (romantic or sexual love) really different from agape, the so-called unconditional or spiritual love? Is devotional love the same as compassion, or love for humanity? Is love something we have to feel, or is it enough to offer kindness and direct positive thoughts toward ourselves and others? And how is it that some teachers tell us that love is both the path and the goal, while others seem to ignore the subject altogether? In spiritual life alone, the word love is used in at least three ways, and our experience and understanding of love will differ according to which aspect of it we are thinking about. For the sake of discussion, let's refer to these three aspects of love as (1) Absolute Love, or the Great Love, which Ramakrishna, Rumi, and the teachers of the bhakti yoga and nondualist Tantra traditions tell us is ever- present, impersonal, and the very underpinning of the universe; (2) our individual experience of love, which is quirky, personal, and usually directed at something or someone; and (3) love as sadhana (practice).

05.01.2022 When your gut is healthy, the rest of your body hums along happily. That's because your gut influences everything from your digestion to your brain and your immune system. If your gut isn't at its healthiest, you may experience some apparent digestive symptoms, like gas, bloating, constipation, and diarrhea. But there are some less obvious signs, too. Poor concentration, fatigue, and skin problems can also point to gut issues. Luckily, there are ways to tell if you have an un...healthy gut, plus expert-backed strategies to cope. 1. Gas and Bloating Gas is produced as a normal part of the digestion and fermentation process in the gut, however some strains of gut bacteria naturally produce more gas than others. If you have more of these super-gas producing "bad" strains, it could lead to excessive fermentation, trapping gas in the gut and creating bloat. 2. Diarrhea Occasional loose stool affects everyone at some point, but chronic or acute diarrhea can be a sign of bacterial overgrowth or an infection with Clostridioides difficile, a type of bacteria that lives in the gut in small numbers, but can create problems when it multiples. Diarrhea can also make gut health worse by pushing out the good bacteria in your gut, contributing to even more gut dysbiosis. 3. Constipation Although researchers haven’t been able to pinpoint a single underlying cause of constipation, one scientific review points out that functional constipation and irritable bowel syndrome with constipation (IBS-C) is connected to gut imbalance. People who suffer from constipation typically have lower levels of certain types of bacteria, including Bifidobacteria, in their stool samples. Which is often why supplementing with this type of probiotic strain can help improve digestion. #gut #healing #healthylifestyle #healthy #happily #love #respect #selfrespect #food #plantbased #greensaltmovement #gratitude #attitude #plexus #solarplexus #chakras
04.01.2022 Your body needs these nutrients in larger amounts in order to function properly as macro means large. In addition, all of these nutrients provide your body with energy measured in the form of calories or kcals. There are three types of macronutrients: carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. Why is it important?! Nutrients are substances needed for growth, energy provision and other body functions. Macronutrients are those nutrients required in large amounts that provide the energ...y needed to maintain body functions and carry out the activities of daily life. How much macronutrients we need?! The acceptable macronutrient distribution ranges (AMDR) are 4565% of your daily calories from carbs, 2035% from fats and 1035% from protein. To lose weight, find a ratio you can stick with, focus on healthy foods and eat fewer calories than you burn. Depends on the body type you have to say : how much each of you should have of macronutrients. Carbohydrates Carbohydrates are the body's preferred fuel source. Converting carbohydrates into immediately usable energy is easier for the body than converting fat or protein into fuel. Your brain, muscles, and cells all need carbohydrates to function. Protein provides the body with amino acids, which are the building blocks for muscle and other important structures such as the brain, nervous system, blood, skin, and hair. Protein also transports oxygen and other important nutrients. In the absence of glucose or carbohydrate, the body can reverse-process protein (a conversion called gluconeogenesis) to use as energy. People might try to avoid fat in their diets, but dietary fat plays an important role in the body. Fat provides an important source of energy in times of starvation or caloric deprivation. It is also necessary for insulation, proper cell function, and protection of our vital organs. #macronutrients #track #how #carbohydrates #protein #fat #loss #fatloss #weight #program #love #gratitude #searching #coach #professionaldevelopment #calories #nutrients #nutrition #gabbyessadonutritionistchef #greensaltmovement
03.01.2022 Micronutrients are one of the major groups of nutrients your body needs. They include vitamins and minerals. Vitamins are necessary for energy production, immune function, blood clotting and other functions. Meanwhile, minerals play an important role in growth, bone health, fluid balance and several other processes. What Are Micronutrients?... The term micronutrients is used to describe vitamins and minerals in general. Macronutrients, on the other hand, include proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Your body needs smaller amounts of micronutrients relative to macronutrients. That’s why they’re labeled micro. Humans must obtain micronutrients from food since your body cannot produce vitamins and minerals for the most part. That’s why they’re also referred to as essential nutrients. Vitamins are organic compounds made by plants and animals which can be broken down by heat, acid or air. On the other hand, minerals are inorganic, exist in soil or water and cannot be broken down. When you eat, you consume the vitamins that plants and animals created or the minerals they absorbed. The micronutrient content of each food is different, so it’s best to eat a variety of foods to get enough vitamins and minerals. An adequate intake of all micronutrients is necessary for optimal health, as each vitamin and mineral has a specific role in your body. Vitamins and minerals are vital for growth, immune function, brain development and many other important functions. Depending on their function, certain micronutrients also play a role in preventing and fighting disease.

01.01.2022 A mindset refers to whether you believe qualities such as intelligence and talent are fixed or changeable traits. There are two different types of mindset: People with a fixed mindset believe that these qualities are inborn, fixed, and unchangeable.... Those with a growth mindset, on the other hand, believe that these abilities can be developed and strengthened by way of commitment and hard work. #mindset What happens if you give kids a difficult problem to solve? Some children viewed the problem as a challenge and learning experience. Other children felt that it was impossible to solve and that their intelligence was being held up for scrutiny and judgment. The kids in the first group had growth mindsets. When faced with something difficult, they believed that they could learn and develop the skills they needed to solve it. The second group of kids had fixed mindsets. They believed that there was nothing they could do to tackle a problem that was out of the reach of their knowledge and abilities. What are yours mindset?! Do you see in a problem a challenge or do you see an impossible solving?! Chase your potential?! Fixed Mindsets Children who are taught that they should look smart instead of loving learning tend to develop a fixed mindset. They become more concerned with how they are being judged and fear that they might not live up to expectations. Growth Mindsets Kids who are taught to explore, embrace new experiences, and enjoy challenges are more likely to develop a growth mindset. Rather than seeing mistakes as setbacks, they are willing to try new things and make errors all in the name of learning and achieving their potential. #challengeyourself #mindsetiseverything #controlmind #controlthoughtscontrolreality #controlthoughts #love #gratitude #mantra #repetition #subconsciousmind #consciousness #confidence #buildyourempire #sefrespect #greensaltmovement #nutrition #coaching #namaste
