17.01.2022 We’d like to just take a moment to talk about our online ordering services. As most of you are aware we use multiple platforms for ordering, for ease of ordering for our customers. We have been made aware of some of these drivers mixing up orders and delivering the wrong food and orders to our customers, because they are picking up multiple orders. We at Gabby’s take steps to try and prevent this, however once the food leaves our shop it is beyond our control. ... With some of our loyal customers having food allergies, etc this is a problem. While as most people are aware, if there is an issue with your order after ordering through one of these apps, you have to chase it up with the online service you’ve used as it is out of our hands. We just want to make people aware that Gabby’s have our own instore drivers and it is probably the most safest way to order if you have allergies etc as with our own drivers there are steps we can control to ensure that each and every customer receives THEIR order in a quick and timely matter with next to no chance of it being mixed up. We understand the ease of ordering through these apps and that’s why we have them but it’s just something we wanted to put out there because we’ve had a couple of customers, most recently one with allergies receiving the wrong orders. So please remember we do infact have our own instore drivers to deliver your food. On that note, have a lovely day, how good is this weather? And we’ll see you from 4pm tonight.
