20.01.2022 Say what you need to say, to whoever you need to say it to, regardless of whether you think they want to hear from you or not. Life's too short to hold back, and humans like to tell themselves stories about what others think of them that are generally untrue. That's my lesson learned this week

17.01.2022 Losing someone you love is life-changing - it forces you to see the outside world and yourself in a new way. And grief doesn't have a tidy ending that you can neatly wrap up when you're done. It changes and grows with you, and has its own highs and lows along the way. ... This beautiful poem by Gwen Flowers reminds me of the way that writing can express that which is hard to say. ... It gives us time to be with what is so that we can start processing it, and gain new meaning and insights. If you're grieving ahead of this Mother's Day, you're welcome to join in on Thurs 6th of May as we process our grief through writing with a guided workshop. Register via bit.ly/395ej4s or send me a DM. #processinggrief
