25.01.2022 I dont always talk about food. Oh wait, yes I do. This is my fave breakfast these days... chia seed pudding layered with fruit. Chia seeds are full of important nutrients. They are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, rich in antioxidants, and they provide fiber, iron, and calcium. ... Ill post recipe in comments soon...

24.01.2022 So far you have survived 100% of your worst days!! When you exercise, your body releases endorphins, which are hormones that fight stress. When I am feeling stressed I find anything from a chilled outdoor walk to a hardcore gym workout can get me feeling so much better.



23.01.2022 Back in the days there was a professional called a knocker-up, which involved going from client to client in the morning and tapping on their windows with long sticks until they were awake. We dont have knocker-uppers anymore but we have these amazing things called alarm clocks which can be set 45 minutes earlier than your usual wake up time so you can make time to exercise! Back to the knocker-uppers, I wonder who woke them up?

22.01.2022 Amazing things will happen to you today if you choose not to be a psycho bitch! To get into a better mood get your hands on some battle ropes. I always feel amazing after using them. There are so many different combos you can do, they are a perfect cardio workout and great for those who arent able to run.

16.01.2022 Just me trying not to overthink things... Its the Queens birthday long weekend. Weekend is a homophone for weak end. A movie that has a weak end is Slumdog Millionaire. Slumdog Millionaire was filmed in India. Indians make a damn fine curry. Curry has 5 letters and so does Vegan. The Queens granddaughter-in-law is a part-time Vegan. Snap Megs, same with me! 15.01.2022 Life tip: When youre having a sneaky nap and hear someone approaching immediately lie in this position! Its actually a great neck stretch. It releases a lot of neck tension that is built up from daily activities where you are leaning forward such as playing with your phone, reading, computer use, driving, playing with children or looking down to avoid eye contact with people. Try it!!!

15.01.2022 I just did an hour HIIT workout!!! More like 30 minutes. 15 minutes? Ok ok 5 mins. TBH I just did a chilled cardio session. Stretched. I slept on the mat. I usually tell people that when you're tired just start to exercise and you'll feel much more energised. Occasionally this doesn't work and that's ok - instead take some time out to just relax!

12.01.2022 People whose names begin with the following letters need to workout this weekend: A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, elemeno, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y & Z Remember to start with 5 mins of dynamic stretching before doing your workout. These are stretches where you move continually and therefore better warm up and mobilise different parts of your body.

10.01.2022 Motivational quote: Everything is hard before it is easy. - written by someone who doesnt do chin ups. While chin ups are ridiculously hard they are the best upper body strength exercise IMO. If you cant do them unassisted try using a power resistance band to help.

08.01.2022 R.I.P North Bondi gym... a massive thanks to all those who have trained, laughed, cried, put their lulu lemon attire to its proper use, sweated/shined, turned up even when life was stupid busy, thought they wouldnt be able to do stuff but did it, chipped a nail, done weights without turning into a man, returned that borrowed hair elastic, swore at me but listened anyway and most importantly smashed goals!!! 04.01.2022 The "I have not eaten all day but I can't lose weight" diet. It's an easy habit to mindlessly grab snacks throughout the day instead of sitting down to healthy meals but eating this way can add up to be a lot of calories which may be preventing you from reaching your fat loss goals.

02.01.2022 Youre at the cafe with the person you last PMed. They start choking on their pastry. What do you do? A. Take their pastry and run.... B. Lie them down in recovery position, tilt their head back and use your fingers to clear their throat. C. Call for an ambulance & wait with the hope it comes before your parking expires. D. Encourage them to relax & breathe. Tell them to try cough up the food. If that doesnt work bend them forward, give sharp blows to middle of back checking after each blow if the airway is clear. 01.01.2022 Turned a 30 minute walk into an hour obstacle course! Having no sense of direction has its benefits! It is beneficial (mentally and physically) to break away from doing the same route every time you run/walk outdoors. Try run for an extra block, add in some stairs, power up a hill or explore another direction.
