21.01.2022 Long time no see... We just spent a few days with Martha and Philip before going on holiday on Thursday. We will be away for three weeks. During our holiday we will only have very limited internet access, so please bare with us: messages will be answered upon return. Thank you for all the enquires for the Easter period. We are fully booked till October, with only a couple of weeks availability at the end of July and mid-September.

19.01.2022 Good morning, how is everything going? As many of you might know: we are on holiday! Our second stop on our trip was: Havana, Cuba. Havana is a magical place, a city trapped in time. The city is completely safe and the people are very friendly. Havana has so much to offer, it is not just buildings falling apart, old cars and poverty. It’s so much more! 16.01.2022 Sharing a few more photos of our trip to Cuba. You can’t walk anywhere in Havana without stumbling across the dogs of Havana! Unfortunately, there are plenty of stray dogs in the streets.

11.01.2022 In Havana, Cuba, more than a dozen state institutions have 'adopted' a stray dog, which is then issued with an official state identity card bearing their photograph name and where they live. Vladimir, in the photo, spends the days avoiding the hot Caribbean sun. Hi lives at Old Havana's Museum of Metalwork.

05.01.2022 It’s not easy being a cat in Cuba. There’s no flea medicine, no cat litter and no catnip. Historically, they’ve been relegated to second-class status after dogs. But like many aspects of life in Cuba today, things are changing. And for cats, that change is for the better.
