15.01.2022 So I have this new concept I'm going to trial just over the Xmas holidays called "Pop up Yoga" my husband was like what's pop up yoga & I was like lool it's whe...n we just pop up somewhere & start a yoga session. Anyway it's for anyone, any fitness level & basically just for some fun I have no idea how it's going to run as I will have all my kids doing it as well, so feel free to bring your kids as well, & let's try & find some zen during this crazy busy time of year. Classes are free but I openly accept smiles, hugs & laughter in return.
