22.01.2022 For a lovely cooling after sun spray gently boil some full cream milk, add some dried marshmallow leaf and as it cools break open a capsule of Vit E oil and mix it in. Keep your after sun spray in the fridge it will last for a week. You can add some lavender essential oil for an added boost.

22.01.2022 Here comes spring, here comes hayfever. A blend of nettle, horsetail and peppermint tea with help alleviate hayfever symptoms. Make a pot and drink throughout the day.

21.01.2022 SCRUB BARS are fun and easy to make. Melt equal parts bees wax, shea butter and coconut oil. Remove from the heat blend and mix in your favourite essential oils, herbs and essences. If you want to make them magickal choose your additions according to their magickal properties and add your energy and intent. Once the oils are blended, but the solution is still liquid, start mixing in your choice of scrub - sugar, salt or coffee are good options. Pour your scrub into molds and put in the fridge/freezer to harden.

19.01.2022 DIY HAND BALM is so nourishing and fun to make. Melt 2 parts shea butter to 1 part coconut oil, stir in some honey then remove from the heat and add your favourite essential oils. Keep in an airtight container and enjoy. For an added antibacterial boost try adding some calendula infused oil or tea tree essential oil.

Let the mixture cool slightly add your favourite essential oils. When your body butter has partially set whip it up and store in an airtight jar. We've got everything you need for this fun DIY.
