15.01.2022 Gainsborough Lodge graduate Mansa Musa had his first official barrier trial in Sydney this week and could hardly have made a better impression with an all-the-way win over 895m in a heat staged on his home track at Rosehill Gardens.The unraced 3-year-old son of Snitzel displayed immense promise and is now expected to debut in the first week of September. Gainsborough Lodge remains in the ownership of Mansa Musa and we greatly look forward to the colt competing in colours previously carried to Group 1 victory by both Hooplahannah and Oliver Twist.

10.01.2022 Very pleased to report that the Gainsborough Lodge sales team achieved a six-figure result on a first-cop son of Rich Enuff sold during the first day of the 2018 Magic Millions National Weanling Sale. Offered as Lot 278, the black/brown colt fetched $100,000 when sold to Florida-based bloodstock agent Justin Casse and is the third foal of a three-quarter sister to the dual Group 3 winner Raspberries. What a great way to start the marathon bloodstock sales series to be staged on the Gold Coast over the next few weeks!
