11.01.2022 Lower Body Unilateral Workout - This morning I challenged myself to a pistol squat pyramid workout which included single leg glute bridges after each round. - I started with 8 pistol squats each leg.... After each round I completed 10 single leg glute bridges on each side. Complete each round counting down until you eventually get to 1 pistol squat each leg. A great little burner if you don’t have much gym equipment at home.
