16.01.2022 Child Protection Week is all about putting children first. That means prioritising their safety and wellbeing. To grow up well children need to feel safe and loved, have a chance to play and explore, and have access to essential things like food, shelter and healthcare. For children to thrive we need to come together as a community and put childrens needs first.

14.01.2022 How are you feeling today? Its OK not to be OK right now. Right now theres a lot of uncertainty and were all stressed being forced into new ways of living. So be kind to yourself and understand that if youre not ok right now thats for good reason. But maybe you can make things feel a little better anyway. Feelings point towards needs. If you listen to your feelings, you will be able to identify your unmet needs and then choose what to do about it.

12.01.2022 Stroke can happen to anyone of any age and affects everyone differently. Men are at greater risk of stroke and as we get older the risk increases. You can save lives, simply by THINKING F.A.S.T. (Face, Arms, Speech, Time) - knowing and recognising the signs of stroke and calling an ambulance immediately.
