25.01.2022 Get out your 80's gear and be there!! I will be there tearing up the dance floor in my usual inconspicuous way!! No set tables just come alone, with partner, with friends - just come!! Supporting Beaumaris Primary School P & C.

23.01.2022 Tonight's (Thursday) class will be taken by me (Lisa) and will be Cardio Strength....Laura and I will be alternating this class for the next while. We are also alternating Friday's Core class. She will be in situ tomorrow!! Have a fabulous Mother's Day on Sunday and I will see you bright and early....6am Monday morning!!

21.01.2022 WAR is on tomorrow 5.30pm (45 min only) but the studio will close immediately after to allow everyone time to get ready for Joey's farewell at 7pm. Also the studio will be closed from 7pm Easter Thursday until 7am the following Tuesday for the Easter break.

20.01.2022 EASTER CLOSURE UPDATE: Studio will be closed from noon Easter Thursday (17th April) and will re-open at 7am Tuesday 22nd of April - so get in now for your pre-Easter workouts!! Happy Easter to a fabulous crew!

04.01.2022 To all of our Galaxy Girls, It is with a heavy heart that we make the following announcement: Galaxy Fitness Centre will be closing its doors forever on Monday June 30th. The journey has been wonderful over the past four and a half years, and has had an enormous influence of many lives - including my own! We have worked hard in studio, on the beach and at organised runs and walks. We have dined together and lifted glasses together. We have laughed together and we have crie...d together. We have achieved amazing results in our health and fitness, and we have made firm and lasting friendships. However, the financial benefits have not been as rewarding. We have been fortunate to find someone appropriate to take over the premises and continue running the studio as a fitness centre! Trading as Encore, Matt is a highly experienced personal trainer and group instructor. He will offer special deals to any Galaxy members who wish to continue to enjoy the convenience of training close to home. There will a variety of women-only classes, personal and group training options and additional gym equipment. Matt will be in touch to tell you more about Encore, and notices will be put up in the studio. If you have questions now, give him a call 0422 949 505. Your final Galaxy direct debit will be adjusted to reflect the June 30 end date. I hope the journey has been as wonderful for you as it has for me. Lisa Hodson See more
