22.01.2022 Today we farewelled a dear friend, neighbour and an employee. James Richard Baxter (Dick), the brother of Ken Baxter (Snow) and the son of Frank Baxter, the man the Kariong Juvenile Justice Centre was named after, Frank Baxter Juvenile Justice Centre. Dick loved his cuppa tea and milk arrowroot bickies for morning tea every day. So this morning we honoured Dick at 9am with minute silence and cuppa tea and bickies. Much love
