04.01.2022 It’s been drawn to our attention that some people are misunderstanding a situation that occurred outside our store today. A young girl had her bag stolen that she had left out the front. We did not know she left it out the front, nor did we order her too. Those of you who know us know that we always recommend you bring your bags inside, even leave them behind the counter while you browse if they’re too bulky for you to carry around. As soon as we got the news that the bag ...had been stolen, I sent a photo to the girl of the thief, put CCTV footage onto a USB and handed it straight to the police, we also found out the name of the thief from local shopkeepers and I personally handed this information onto the police officer we were speaking to. I’m not sure what people are assuming about us or our business but we would NEVER ask a customer to leave their bags outside. Nor have we ever in 15 years. We hope that the information we have handed to the police - the footage alongside the full name of the person is enough for them to be caught. We apologise if people have been lead to believe that we would expect anyone to leave their bags outside while they shop, this is not us at all. Thank you

We had to turn a lot of people away last week since she booked up so quickly so if you or someone you know missed out get in touch with us!
