25.01.2022 Newsletter 23: The final newsletter before we depart is available to read http://www.gallipolicruise2015.com.au/n/53-newsletter-no-23 For those passengers who havent received hard documentation it will be available in your cabin with any merchandise you have ordered. We apologise for the inconvenience we may have caused you due to our shipping being delayed. If you have not received your MSC soft copy ticket yet then we are still waiting on it from MSC due to technical issues they have had. This is something that has been out of our control. Please note that you do not need a ticket to board the cruise. You only require a passport. As we still receive tickets we will still forward them via email to you. We look forward to an amazing journey with you all.

25.01.2022 FAQ: I am confused about what time I can board in Fremantle. Is it 12pm or 3pm? Answer: All MSC tickets state 3pm. This is the last time you can board but boarding commences from 12pm. In your documentation that you will receive via post this week you will see in your Gallipoli Cruise information you have been allocated a time slot of either 12-1pm, 1-2pm or 2-3pm. We understand not everyone can make their time allocated due to flights etc but it is purely s suggested time to help reduce queuing times.

05.01.2022 Question: When is my merchandise, wallet & backpack arriving? Answer: All merchandise has arrived and is being packed to ship to you. If you have notified us that you are departing before Friday then you will receive everything onboard MSC Orchestra apart from the items you have emailed through and asked to have shipped to your home separately.

03.01.2022 Dear Passengers We are now only days away from boarding and it is an exciting time for everyone. I think it is appropriate for me to personally address customers that have been unsatisfied with the finalisation of documentation and merchandise.... There were many factors that contributed to this, however in the end I am responsible for the overall service provided to our customers. Leading up to the documentation sent out we were providing a service that gave you confidence in our company to book this cruise. I can assure you that everything on the ship is organised and ready to go and we are very confident that you will have a fantastic voyage. To ensure a smooth transition on the ship your additional merchandise and documentation will be waiting for you in your cabin. Please understand that the only thing you really need to get on the ship with is your passport. It is a very similar situation to getting on a plane where you check your luggage in and go through customs. Our team and MSC staff will be there to assist you. The MSC reception counter on deck 5 will be staffed from 12 noon on the first day by the Gallipoli Cruise Team. Once you have been to your cabin, if you are still missing items, please come and notify us. For those that require internet for their dual sim phone to download apps, a free high speed connection will be available on the pool deck from 2pm on the first day. This internet service will continue until the morning of the 28th. This is a separate service to the MSC ship internet connection. To address issues with merchandise, team members will be in the theatre room from 8am 10am on the 27th. Additional merchandise will be available if your items are not the correct size or need to be replaced. From 10.30am on the 27th we will have a Dual Sim Travel Companion information session. We will continue to offer information sessions on this product until everyone is confident with how to use it. From the moment you reach Fremantle on the 26th you will begin to understand the work that has gone into this cruise and I am sure you will be pleased that you are part of the voyage.
