25.01.2022 ATTENTION ALL FESTIVAL DRUG MULES Today the prosecution appealed what many saw as a very lenient sentence recently where a young woman internally concealed 394 MDMA capsules and attempted to smuggle them into a festival. The District Court is currently considering sentencing Ms Tina Phan to a full-time prison term. Her barrister argued if it is to be a term of imprisonment, that it should be served in the community by way of an Intensive Corrections Order....
