18.01.2022 Coming in 2022!

17.01.2022 In this the month of Remembrance Day, the Galston Concerts themselves are almost a memory, last welcoming a live audience a year ago, pre-pandemic. But those memories live on, with this month’s cancelled Galston Gala, the final concert of the 2020 series in Galston Uniting Church, at least prompting happy memories of past concerts. 11.01.2022 NorthConnex opening this week! For a generation our community has been calling for a solution to the traffic problems on Pennant Hills Rd. This $3 billion road will enable people to get around the community and spend less time in traffic and more time with loved ones. Northconnex is a great example of the Federal and State Governments working together with the private sector to deliver a road which is a real game changer for our community.... 07.01.2022 Well, serves me right for taking Council at their word! They later reneged on allowing us to open as I reported last month, and no indication on when that might change most disappointing. We wish all our supporters and followers a safe and healthy Christmas, and may 2021 herald a return to near normal activities for everyone. We are so fortunate to live in such a wonderful part of the world, where we have nearly eliminated the Corona Virus from our country. Europe and North America with their approaching Winter makes for distressing news, and if we can stay relatively isolated from their surge in cases, we can begin to enjoy a nearnormal life. #faganpark

01.01.2022 This month we need the community’s feedback on more subjects than ever before! Council has been hard at work as we try and bring recommendations into reality on a number of issues. If you have an interest in any of the following, please think about making a contribution. Warren John Waddell #ruralroundup
