22.01.2022 Roller blinds are one of the simplest most cost effective window coverings around. One of the problems you can face with them is if the window is open, they’re going to blow around. If you have an aluminum bottom rail on them they will bang quite loudly. How we cut down on this annoyance is by having a buffer on the back of the bottom rail. Just a small addition, but makes a world of difference.

16.01.2022 Something most people want to know when they've just bought new curtains is how to keep them clean. This all comes down to what type of fabric the curtains are made of. Any new curtains should have a tag on the back, like shown in this photo, with cleaning instructions on it. This is a fairly typical one which lists some of the following; gentle vacuum with appropriate attachment, warm hand wash, do not bleach, do not rub or wring, drip dry in shade, use warm iron, possible shrinkage 3%.

05.01.2022 A week of sheer elegance. Here’s one we installed a couple of days ago. A crisp white linen look sheer using a beautiful s-wave pleat keeping the room light and fresh. This combined with cost effective, yet practical blockout roller blinds in behind the sheers gives a great balance of light control and privacy.

They weren’t tooo bad, but the problem was that it’s a bedroom and the light coming through the curtains from the sun in the morning and the street light outside was making it pretty hard for this lady to sleep.
