23.01.2022 Valued clients, from Monday 30 March 2020 all the staff at Gamble Law will be working remotely in an attempt to do our part to reduce the risk and spread of the current coronavirus pandemic. We are still fully operational and it will be business as usual. We would however appreciate your patience as we adjust to this new way of working throughout this period. 12.01.2022 The NSW Government has today confirmed that wills, powers of attorney, appointment of enduring guardians and other legal documents can be witnessed by video technology during the COVID-19 pandemic. The main requirements are that the witness: (a) observes the signatory sign the document in real time; and (b) signs the document, or a copy of the document, as soon as practicable after the signatory has signed.... The document being witnessed must also include a statement to the effect that it was signed in accordance with the new regulation. A huge change to the delivery of legal services!

We will be discussing all things related to buying your first property including the loan approval process, how to approach open homes and negotiations with the agent as well as the contract and legal aspects of the purchase.
