12.01.2022 Hi everyone, We’re excited to announce that the GDAA in conjunction with UBM, are proud to offer the GDC Assist program for 2019. 15 successful applicants will receive a complimentary Conference and Summits Pass to GDC 2019. GDC Assist was created to support the next generation of development talent and new businesses by providing the means to learn, network and engage with industry peers at GDC.... This is a competitive program and applications will be assessed by a selection of experienced industry professionals from around Australia. Please note, a minimum of 50% of the GDC Assist passes will be awarded to women, gender diverse individuals, and people of colour. We particularly welcome applications from groups who are currently under-represented and/or gender identities who may feel marginalised by the games industry. Applications are open from now until the 14th of December 2018. The outcomes will be communicated to applicants no later than Friday, 21st of December. GDC will be held from the 18th-22nd of March 2019, in San Francisco. Further information including eligibility, can be found in the application form. 04.01.2022 Today wrapped up our attendance at GamesCom 2018. Over the course of the business show the delegation of 17 Australian games companies held well over 200 meetings between them and showed off the creative might of the Australian Games Sector to a truly global audience.
