04.01.2022 Ceasefire on 20 year old spoon fight! If you haven't heard already, hold onto your hats because KADABRA is set to make a return to Pokémon after 20 years in hiatus. Over two decades ago a lawsuit was filed by magician, illusionist and fellow spoon bending extraordinaire Uri Geller against Nintendo in California claiming the company had used his likeness to create the character. ... I am truly sorry for what I did 20 years ago, Geller wrote on Twitter. Kids and grownups I am releasing the ban. It’s now all up to Nintendo to bring my #kadabra #pokemon card back.
