23.01.2022 Saturday mornings
23.01.2022 Sanctuary Cove goes back to the races at Goulburn tomorrow in a class 3 1000 at 1.50pm jumping from barrier 4. We were a touch disappointed with his first up effort but he will strip fitter here 2nd up in a race where the top weight looks extremely hard to beat but we are hoping he puts his best foot forward and can produce a competitive performance.
21.01.2022 Walking into the office
18.01.2022 A day at the beach today rounded off Poetic misses 2nd preparation with us. As a stable who mostly deals with tried horses from the big city stables it’s been satisfying and rewarding to get Ruby from the breakers to mould and shape her into a racehorse, She’s come along way this preparation, competing in 2 jump outs where she more then held her own introduced to the beach with many other things along the way. She heads home to her owners tomorrow, Renee and Mark, who have been patient with her and us so hopefully next time around we can begin to repay there patience
18.01.2022 Resolving To Win is back in work and enjoying the Farm life
18.01.2022 Saarim & C’est Davinchi The beach is vital to keep our older horses in good physical and mental shape!!!
12.01.2022 When the rain shuts the track and the beach is wild with swell the show must go on any way you can!!!
11.01.2022 C’est Davinchi has really taken to our beach based training methods, he’s right at home now and we look forward to seeing him step out second up at Kembla in a few weeks all going well.
09.01.2022 C’est Davinchi & Sanctuary Cove both resume from spells today at Moruya in the Class 3 over 1020. It’s C’est Davinchi’s first start for us, he’s a nice horse already being a dual city winner but he does resume at a distance we’ll short of what he’s looking for, also carries top weight of 60.5kg, barrier 14 and a heavy 9. he will go back from the barrier and hopefully we see him strong late, he should take good improvement from today and will only get better in the future as he goes up in distance. Sanctuary Cove arrives first up today and the old boy is in good order, he’s a short course specialist so the 1020 should suit, he goes well fresh should sit up on the speed somewhere and give some cheek for a fair way in what looks a solid race...
08.01.2022 Jump Outs yesterday, ocean recovery today #SaarimPhysicality
06.01.2022 Saarim continues on the comeback trail, he’s coming along nicely and hopefully take his place in a trial at Moruya next Friday.
03.01.2022 Happy Birthday to this lot, Tige Bart Stormin and Shammy and we haven’t forgotten Ruby & Tank
03.01.2022 C’est Davinchi lines up tomorrow in the last race at Kembla, it’s a 64 - 1200, he will appreciate getting back onto a firmer racing surface and up to the 1200 should give him the chance to travel better, so we are hoping he can hit the line nicely and continue to improve as we step him up in distance.
01.01.2022 It’s been tough weather wise on everybody trying to gallop horses recently, but it helps with friends like RBR ( Richard Butler Racing ) Not only did Richard transport C’est Davinchi & Sanctuary Cove to Moruya for there jump outs yesterday, he rode them for us and along with our no 1 man John took great care in returning them in terrific order. Thanks mate it’s appreciated #RacingFamily
