The G & K Projects team were quick on the scene to assess the issues and working with the studio owner and the insurance company the timber laminate floor was lifted and replaced with Interface textured stone. 09.01.2022 Did you know G & K also look after numerous body corporate's in Brisbane? Recent #beforeandafter. We were called in by the Body Corp to coordinate the builder to rectify the surrounds around the pool. In this area the deck around the pool needed to be removed as it was a slip hazard and was not to code. 02.01.2022 Our most recent project management work was undertaken for one of our long-standing clients, this was located within the swimming pool area at a large residential block or units, located in Kelvin Grove. Earlier in the year G & K Projects was appointed to oversee the design of the Toilet, Shower & Sauna facilities, once the designs were completed & approved.
