11.01.2022 Totally Lost 33 kg. I was always tired and so had trouble keeping up with myself,I struggled with everyday task,my fast-food habit may be to blame, i realized it was time to make a change. In reality, I had just given up on myself, I tells PEOPLE. Everybody became more important than I did and fast-food became my way of life. It was fast. It was easy. So I cut out greasy food and substituted in meal replacement with healthier food. I also got active. The challenge itself is to feel better about yourself, to be the best version of mine.I truly feel free from my chains that bound me for so many years free to live the best life and take advantage of what life has to offer.
