23.01.2022 NZ | Eden View milestone! The tower crane has now been erected at this Mt Eden project site, a significant milestone for the team. This new development features 109 apartments plus ground floor commercial tenancies, all designed in classic British architectural style. Once completed, residents will be able to enjoy this marvelous view of the Auckland surrounds from their light-filled apartments.

20.01.2022 Earlier this month we attended the Georges River Council Councillors' Charity Ball. This event raised much needed funds in support of The Salvation Army and their work with homelessness. Our industry is uniquely placed to play a role in tackling the persistent problem of homelessness in our communities, both through fundraising and building initiatives. We support this through our ongoing commitment to PIF and through opportunities like the Councillors Ball to give back to the communities in which we build. 19.01.2022 Ganellen has been appointed as the builder for Eden View Apartments by Young & Partners. The luxurious new dwelling comprises 109 apartments plus ground floor commercial tenancies, all designed in classic British architectural style. Filled with light and air, the beautifully conceived residences have been designed with luxury and comfort in mind, complete with a marvellous view of the Auckland surrounds. This exciting new development is Ganellens first time partnering with the Young & Partners team, and we look forward to building a lasting relationship this leading private property developer.

18.01.2022 What a turn out! Our team competed in the ASB Auckland Marathon series over the weekend, enjoying spectacular harbour views as they sweated it out on the track. More impressive than their lightning-fast results is the fact that they all showed up and gave it a red hot go. Were proud of their commitment and team work - well done!

17.01.2022 $260,000 raised at this year's Annual Charity Ball for Property Industry Foundation. Its fantastic to have a record result in our 10th Year as Principal Sponsor. 17.01.2022 Our cadets were treated to fun and informative training day at Top Knot Carpentry & Joinerys factory last Saturday. They gained valuable insights into project management, estimating and production planning and topped the day off with a little friendly competition. Four teams competed in a nail-biting relay of practical carpentry challenges in hope of taking out the prize. Congrats to the winning team; Josh, Sean, Dom, and ultimate winner, Tom. A big thank you to Hannah, John and Fred for organising, and to David Byrne and the Top Knot team for hosting our bright young cadets!

16.01.2022 Ganellen celebrated a major milestone yesterday at our One Central Plaza project by hosting a topping out ceremony to mark the completion of structure. The ceremony saw Minister Ayres, George’s River Council’s Mayor Kevin Greene, Michael Coombes of Coombes Property Group and our CEO Peter Maneas come together to celebrate this achievement. One Central Plaza is a 14- floors commercial building which will offer 8400sqm of A-grade office space over 12floors and 1800sqm of retail space transforming Hurstville into one of Sydney’s most inspired cultural and corporate hubs.

15.01.2022 Our newest project, One Hurstville Plaza, has officially broken ground. One Hurstville Plaza is a new and unique A-grade commercial project. On its completion it will bring new opportunities to the Hurstville area, supporting its transformation into an inspired cultural and corporate hub.

10.01.2022 Coombes Property Group & Ganellen were the main sponsors of the recent Georges River Council Charity Ball which raised an incredible $35,000 for The Salvation Army. 07.01.2022 Our Auckland office recently held our annual event dedicated to celebrating the contribution of our women to our business and the construction industry. They chose to kick off their day with an indulgent spa session before heading to the Hiltons Bellini Bar where expert mixologists shared their cocktail-making craft, arming them with the skills to create three classic favourites taste testing included, of course! The evening was capped off with an exquisite banquet dinner. The site team walked them through the process of building high rise structures in a CBD environment with a focus on safety while working at heights, logistics management, façade installation and correct waterproofing details.
