11.01.2022 What's been happening at Ganmain Garlic? Glad you asked so let us fill you in. The beautiful red brown loam soil has been fed with organic matter, tilled and fed a little more. The garlic seeder arrived from South Australia. The seed stock has been checked for quality and is now beautifully in the ground awaiting the rain due Sunday. To keep all the love of great garlic going a little longer check out Knights Meats Deli, The Ganmain Bakery, The Ganmain Providore and Thorne Street General Store Cafe for our preserves. Tomorrow 6th May will be our last market until the end of the year when we harvest again. We will be at the Ganmain Mothers Day Market with plenty of cold smoked garlic to use over winter. Hope to see you there, its a great little market in a great little town!

07.01.2022 Ganmain Garlic will be at the Wagga Farmers Markets this Saturday and River & Wren markets on Sunday. The stall will be stocked with an abundance of garlic both fresh and smoked garlic, preserves including our sought after Pickled Garlic and Garlic Vinaigrette. We will also have our Garlic Gift boxes full of delicious treats. Look forward to seeing you on Saturday and Sunday.

06.01.2022 The Ganmain Garlic crew have been out and harvested a bountiful crop of garlic. It has been hardwork but well worth it. The garlic is now curing in the shed. We will let you know when it is ready. By the way, if it tastes as good as it smells, Ganmain Garlic will be a staple on your table!
