18.01.2022 Sunday funday abs session. Have to start them early. Even my 2 year old daughter is keen as to do abs. I only caught the end of it.

DAA provides strategic leadership in food and nutrition which will help people become healthier nation. Becoming a dietitian or nutritionist requires a university degree. On the DAA website, you can read and be educated on smart eating with heaps of tips and recipes. You can also find accredited practising dietitians in your area and if they are currently credited. The DAA website is a great tool for trainers and clients to use to monitor a well-balanced and healthy diet.

11.01.2022 That's how everyone remembers me 6 mths ago in the 1st pic. I was skinny and discusting and self esteem was at rock bottom. Now 6 mths later and 15kgs heavier I have more confidence in my appearance and I had to go a buy all new shirts. Training hard, eating clean, protien shakes is paying off. I am usually at the gym bright n early from 5 am every morning during the week at least 5 days a week. Set ur goal and work ur arse off. Everyone and anyone can do it, I'm currently doing it and I know u all can do it too...

Reps also ensure that instructors and trainers have completed and also have the knowledge, compliance and skills which have been met by the Health and Fitness Industries agreed within the National Occupational standards (NOS). With having the qualification of a fitness instructor, this will give customer peace of mind that you are legit and have completed all of the requirements of knowledge and training needed to be a Personal Instructor/Trainer.
