19.01.2022 Waste not want not. Used leaves of this rose (? I call it Turjkish Delight) pelargonium and and a vanilla pod to poach some red pears. Next step - make into a crumble. Have done it before and absolutely delicious. Does anyone else use the scented pelargonium leaves in cooking?
