It’s humanly impossible to get out of the way in that time and is EXTREMELY dangerous. If there is an issue with your door it will stop going up automatically half way for your own safety. This issue is very common and fairly inexpensive to fix (~$200). Please DO NOT attempt to fix it yourself.
