25.01.2022 Attended a repair as the client was describing the door would not opening and close fully. On inspection we came across 5 roller bearings had collapsed we also noticed the motor drive belt was stripped and close to snapping and the tension cables ( these hold the door up and can cause major damage when they break) where frayed and rusty. This just shows the importance of regular maintenance, even though its only a Garage Door it still has a lot of moving parts and generall...y will be opened and closed 3-4 times per day some times more.
